Great service and coffee that never disappoints. I've been a customer for years and still rate UE the best I've had in the UK.

Amazing local coffee. Love it

Love small independent companies and the flavour intrigued me. I ordered one for myself and one for a present.
The parcel arrived on time as stated and well packaged.
A great design on the sleeve once opened, very neat, perfect for the present.
I will review again once I've tasted the coffee.
Update on Bourbon flavour.
Firstly I enjoyed a neat espresso. The taste was smooth, slightly sweet with a delightful taste of bourbon. Everyday when I open my canister the aroma is great. My favourite coffee is a latte, so plenty of milk but the delicious taste still comes through. Excellent product.

My order was delivered very quickly.
The hot chocolate (51%) is really good quality and tastes lovely - I add it to my morning coffee. I would def buy it again.
Pity that you dont have even higher % hot chocolate, say 70-80%

I live local to UE coffee and go in quite a bit. I decided that I would have a subscription from them weekly. I ordered a coffee called the Cotswold blend. When it came, it was incredibly dark and I really didn’t like it. Immediately I went on the website to change the coffee I was getting. I had to fill in my details and then apply for a code to be able to change my order. I did this but when I got to that page, there was no option to change the type of coffee. The only options available were to cancel or to pause. I chose the former. I did try and ring UE coffee to ask about this at 4 pm on a Tuesday only to find all their offices were already shut. I’m torn between being slightly disappointed and wanting a job there so I can get home a bit earlier…

I bought a coffee grinder as a present and chose this company specifically as there was a 48 hour shipping option. I received a ‘your item has been shipped’ email the same day. 48 hours passed and nothing. I contacted the company the next day and a lovely lady helped me, but unfortunately they’d passed my order to a third party without informing me. That company hadn’t shipped the item. I didn’t receive it until 5 days after I’d ordered, and only because I’d prompted it. I missed giving the present to the person on their birthday. Please don’t send out ‘item has been shipped’ emails when the item has not been shipped.

I like what the company (UE) stands in terms of its ethics and quality of components. Bought it directly from UE for a good price and had excellent service.
The simplicity of the design and how stylish it is in our kitchen and the fact that it is handmade in the Netherlands!

Good coffee, fast delivery.

I attended a Coffee Roasting session recently and had a great time. It was fun, informative and I had time to taste lots of different coffees. The included lunch was delicious and gave time for the group to get to know each other a little.

The roasting process itself felt hands on and I feel I understand a little more about the coffee I drink. I’ll definitely be looking at their other sessions as I reckon my coffee brewing still needs some work!
