I am a coffee lover and have all too…
I am a coffee lover and have all too often been disappointed by the experience and taste of the main stream coffee shops, that is until finding UE coffee and roastery.
Not volume but quality, the coffee is silky and flavoursome, each cup is an altogether wonderful experience to be enjoyed again and again.

Good product, misleading picture.
I am very satisfied with the product, it does what is says on the box, with great result.
However, on the website it is advertised as being sold with a rather large coffee bean holder, where as when the product arrived and I unboxed it, it came with a much smaller bean holder, which is clearly half the size than displayed on the website.
Which is a shame, as it is false advertisement, especially for such an expensive piece of equipment.

Had you informed us upon receiving your delivery, we would have promptly collected and replaced the item in accordance with our policy. We were completely unaware that the manufacturer sent you the shorter hopper, which seems to be an error in selection. The grinder you chose is listed with two hopper sizes on our website. It is important to clarify these details for other potential customers, as we would have addressed the problem immediately if we had been notified.

Attended the Coffee Masterclass for the Sage Machine at Ue Roasters, and it was excellent! Jack was a great teacher, offering plenty of tips and advice. My coffee is now exactly what I’ve been aiming for—highly recommend!

Tried the organic house blend for the first time and loving it. Don’t live in the Uk anymore but always try to order Ue coffee when I visit. Can’t go back to supermarket coffee!
