UFO.Hosting Reviews 

I absolutely do not recommend hosting any important data or projects on this hosting service.

Your server can be deleted at any time, along with all your data, without warning and in the absence of any violations, simply because "the servers in this location have been decommissioned."

This has happened to me twice already, in different locations, six months apart. The worst part is that despite having a paid (and quite expensive) backup service, all my data was completely deleted. Technical support responded, "Unfortunately, all data has been lost and cannot be recovered."

This is a completely unreliable hosting service, and it's only a matter of time before you lose all your data. You should absolutely not rely on either the paid backup service or the help of the company's technical specialists. In addition, the hosting is under sanctions and has already undergone two rebrandings: initially it was called PQ Hosting, then THE Hosting, and now UFO Hosting.

I cannot recommend UFO.Hosting.

I purchased a VPS from UFO.Hosting, but after a short period the server became completely unavailable.

The VPS stopped responding to:

SSH (port 22)
HTTPS
ICMP (ping)

The problem was verified from two independent Internet connections, including another VPS located in Germany. In both cases, the result was identical, confirming that the issue was not on my side.

I immediately contacted technical support and provided detailed diagnostic information. Despite multiple requests, the service was not restored within a reasonable time.

Even more disappointing was the company's attitude toward its customer. I requested a refund for the period during which the VPS service was not provided, but my request was ignored.

As a result, I had no choice but to prepare formal legal claims and file a complaint with the Prosecutor's Office to protect my rights.

A hosting provider is expected to deliver the service it sells, respond to support requests, and refund customers when it fails to provide the purchased service. Unfortunately, this was not my experience with UFO.Hosting.

This hosting is really expensive, yet they oversell their resources and network like crazy. I got only 35-40 mbit/s at best.

Their support is also EXTREMELY slow. I only received a reply to my support ticket 6 days after I sent it.

Today they changed the IP address of my server without notifying me beforehand even by a simple message on email. The new IP address is not working after this change, even 2 hours later.

This service is complete trash. I really regret spending $10 on a 1 vCPU / 1 GB RAM configuration. Do not use this host. Even if you really need this lol...

I had a large number of servers with UFO.hosting and several of them went down in what they called a "critical technical incident." Their answer? My data was permanently lost and unrecoverable. They promised free replacement servers in new locations, but the follow-through has been a mess. I was supposed to get multiple replacements and only received one, in a region I didn't choose. Another replacement has been stuck "activation in progress" for weeks, and others never came through at all.
When I asked them to sort it out, I was told new servers are "temporarily limited" because there are no free resources. On top of that, they actively discourage you from opening support tickets and threaten to restrict your ability to contact them if you follow up too much. Responses take many days when they come at all.
If you depend on these servers for real projects, look elsewhere. Losing data is bad enough, but the lack of accountability and support afterward is what makes this genuinely not worth the risk.

I paid for my VPS renewal for the next billing period, but after that I lost access to the server and have been unable to manage anything.

Support has essentially been ignoring my tickets. The only response I received was a vague message stating that there was an issue on their side.

Later, they informed me that one of their data centers had experienced an outage, that my server was hosted there, and that they were unable to bring it back online. They offered to migrate my VPS to another one of their data centers, but that never happened.

Since then, there have been no meaningful updates, no resolution to the issue, and no instructions regarding a refund.

Ufo hosting. is a Baiter company. They wait until you paid and let the server work for a few days or maybe a feww weeks. They you get a message they had a down DC and that your server was in this DC and it's longer able to bring it back up. they offer to move you to another DC of thier, but that never happend. support ticket respond is just bla bla respones. When resquest to gt a refund no respondes . Stay away from this company. I my issue with them started on May 12th 2026 and until today no resovle.

I paid for my VPS for the next period, but they wiped out the server and say it is no longer available.

I do not need their apologies, I want my money back, And with my data gone, they even ask me to continue. This is ridiculous.

**Feels like a scam — VPS not delivered after payment**

I paid for a VPS at UFO Hosting, but after more than 24 hours I still have not received the server.

Support is basically ignoring my tickets. The only reply I got was a vague message saying that something was broken on their side, but there has been no real update, no solution, and no refund instructions.

There are no clear contacts and no transparent way to get my money back. This is unacceptable for any hosting provider.

I cannot recommend UFO Hosting. Be very careful before paying them.

Суппорт - мое почтение. Любой вопрос решат, даже в самой нестандартной ситуации помогут.

Брал "Союз 1" сервер: честное железо, за такую мощь вполне адекватная цена. Нормальный канал. Но суппорт: невероятно. Конечно, вам не выдадут личную команду девопсов, но вам помогут, это точно!

I've bought their VPS for a test, and despite their advertised 10 Gbit port, I've got only 20-30 Mbit/s on a single TCP stream from different locations around the globe. Seems that their internal network is badly tuned, which leads to surges of packet loss and low transfer speed as a result. So I do not recommend this hosting bacause of poor network performance.
