Teush website do not buy. There is no actual customer service. They not responding. Seems like a scam

First 4 orders arrived when they still accepted wise payments. Then they blamed it on russia sanctions that their wise got cancelled and only accepted crypto. 5th order I payed with bitcoin, order never arrived, package never left russia. They build trust and when you make a bigger order will steal your money.

Been a long time customer for years. But my recent order did not get processed or arrive. No reply from site owner either.

Complete scam. Paid for order, never confirmed and 20 days later, I'm just sitting here with money wasted.

Bought liquids for 60$ with shipment to Europe. Got my package held up by customs. I wrote to ufogs for help, and they completely ignored me. Lost cash and liquids

I used ufogs before with no problems besides sometimes the late email replies but now they don't seem to reply at all. I made an order which was processed and labeled as shipped with tracking included, but my order was kept as "waiting to be picked up by the carrier" for almost two weeks. I tried contacting them about my order multiple times to two separate emails but received no response. My order was finally shipped after almost two weeks. Although I am happy I finally received my order, the customer service and shipping delay is not very good. Will I make another order with them in the future?Not sure. Currently looking at other options.

Just received an order. Took 12 days to ship to east-eu, customs were cheap. Liquids are decent quality as far as I can tell. Between the sanctions and bad reviews was worried I wouldn't get my package but everything worked out.

I've ordered from them twice in 2021 with no issues. But my most recent experience has been the worse you could imagine. I paid on 4/26, but I received no confirmation of receipt of payment. I e-mailed them 2 times via their website and an additional time via e-mail and I've received no reply.

As far as I can tell, I just got ripped off. I don't know if this was due to the war, but I would avoid these guys.

Got scammed, they sent the product and they got caught in customs. after that they never answered or refunded or resended the product (60 dollars) package

Great choice of products at a very resonable price, significantly lower than other shops shipping from Russia internationally. Ordered twice so far and both shipments safely arrived within about 3 weeks, including customs clearance at destination which took about a week. Well packaged and the free gift both times wasn't some weird non-seller, but a product that perfectly fitted my preferences. Product quality was great, there is always something you like a lot and plan to reorder and something you don't really like, but that's a matter of taste.

Overall, a very pleasant experience, Ufogs is certainly legit and reliable. Shipping times can be a bit longer, sure, but that's the nature of international shipping, they both times dispatched my package the next day after the order. My take on this: I rather wait a bit than paying for expensive express services. Russian Post may not be the fastest, but it's a huge country and if I need something really fast and can't wait a few weeks, I buy it locally.

Hi, today I received my package with e-liquids from ufogs.com

They weren't answering me, and today when I opened it:

Almost everything was broken, 120ml is maybe 90ml and it's just a water, it cannot be an e-liquid, because it's "swimming". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They also told me to send money via PayPal as "friends and family" so PayPal told me that they cannot refund my money! Also their expiration date was ending at 06/2020 and we have 08/2021 now so I think they were made like 3 years ago...

and they didnt send me bonus 30ml liquid, like it has been written on their site.

It took 3 months delivery, and the liquid taste is awful.
Not recommended.

They will get your first parcel delivered asap and the second one will never be delivered. You will never hear back from them and they will never reply back on mails or complaints.

Second time ordering from Ufogs and just as good service this time. First class service with first class products at a very reasonable price too. This is my preferred supplier to Thailand. Keep up the good work I say!!!!

Great site, at first had my doubts as usual. Went through customs smootly, very cheap products, lots to choose from. Planning to order again and recommending this site to others.

First time ordering. Shipped within to 10 days to South Korea. Everything was as ordered and even threw in some extra juice. Good service- will definitely use them again. There are a lot of vape supplies online so let’s support the good ones like these guys.

Really good service. When I made the first order I had some troubles with a payment, I accidentally paid twice for my order and I wrote them an e-mail, so representive of the shop answered me quickly and my money was returned. Then I received my order with no any damages, all was packed well and nothing was mixed up, the qulity of items was perfect. So there's also no reason to put less stars for the delivery time, because Ufogs are not directly connected to the Russian Post and in this case if people do receive their orders not in time it's not a shop fault, but the post office. All of my orders were shipped in time which is mentioned on their webpage (it's 24 h after payment received). I was thinking about putting only 4 stars instead of 5 just about products, but it's definitely is not about trust. Anyway I would to add this also just to describe the weakest point of the service for anyone who wants to get more info about weakness of this service. Mostly, the products are not up to date so often and overall variability of choice is low. So the competing enterprises/shops provide the wider range of assortments and make it quicker. In this case I do not use it for all the time I want to purchase any vaping stuff. For example there's no nic boosters and base liquids for a long time and I need to search it in the other shops because I do vape every day and I can't wait for a some products for a such a long time. So but if you're not looking something special as for Europe it's one of the best shops where to purchase liquids.
