Support has been absolutely excellent. Every time I have contacted them, they respond within a few hours. My service has never been interrupted without warning more than 24 hours in advance.

I would absolutely recommend uHostPro to anyone.

I've had a look at several gaming hosters now. While I have a root host as well that I theoretically can use for hosting my own game servers, in reality getting informed about every single different game I am playing is usually not feasible. Game hosters are a very nice alternative that keep my freetime what it's supposed to be: free for playing games not "free" to spend hours and sometimes days to setup a new game server every time.

Some hosters have good and stable servers, others have decent support, but uHostPro is the first hoster I have found that has excellent support combined with decent servers.

I get support replies that are qualified and professional, people to actually read my support tickets and understand them, not just throw me some auto reply that don't help at all with my issue. On top of that their support response time is awesome, often at very unreasonable times and all my support tickets so far were answered within minutes, instead of the days that I have waited with some other hosters.

The prices are comparable to other hosters and while you can probably find a little cheaper hosters, the quality of both support and server itself will surely suffer for it.

I am currently having them host a Terraria server and so far had it working flawlessly, without any big lag or other issues, even though many of our players including myself are located in the EU and the server is hosted in Montreal on purpose, as most of our players are from the US side.

I rarely give 5 stars on reviews, but the quality of the support combined with the quality of the servers make this an easy decision to hand out 5 stars, as the service fits the description: Excellent - no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I'm looking forward to getting another server soon, probably Ark and hope they can keep up their great quality.

I was looking for a CSGO server for my friends and I to let off steam and practice some strats without the pressure of random's in community servers.

Within 2 minutes, my server was ordered and with another 3 it was set up and ready to play on and customise. Now I have my own 128 tick CSGO server with a easy to log in and use CP.

I can't say enough good things about uHostPro. I currently have a Rust and ARK: Survival Evolved server with them, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. Every question, issue or comment has received a response or resolution within 30 minutes. Everyone I've contacted has been very friendly and willing to help. Highly recommended.

I am entirely satisfied with the service and support I got from these guys. There was an error when my server was being installed so I filed a ticket and was answered in short order. Mekki took the time to babysit the reinstall and made sure it went right. I am just starting out building a gaming community site and will be using these guys for all my hosting needs. The saying "first impressions" is a real fact in this day and age where we spend our money more carefully, esp on things of a fun nature. Well Uhostpro so far has met and gone decades into the future ahead of the compition. Not only did they answer my suppor ticket on a late night hour with LIVE support not a Robo system but Mekki the Gen Mgr fulfilled everything and thensome of what was told to me was to be done. The very next day I purchased another service from them that I really don't need just based on the knowledge that this is a stable well "hard" working company.

Good server, had a little ping at times (i live in norway, server is in france)
I had a problem with setting up my server and got help from support within two minutes, and they fixed it all for me.

After ordering a server from another company that failed to deliver the server after 3 days of waiting I placed an order with uHostPro.
The server was up an running within 2 hours (launch day) and it has been up ever since.
Ping is great and it has only ever been offline for updates.
The customer service has been spot on, with updates to the control panel and the knowledge base holding a lot of answers to common issues.
If you are looking for a good host in Europe I would recommend uHostPro.

When a friend his TS server went offline (hosted by himself) during a busy day I ordered a Teamspeak server ,it was up and running almost instantly , great products prize and customer support , they were on it when ARK got released and had servers up and a go short after release!


10/10 for me!

I really wanted to get my own server but was a little nervous about setting one up. well with ease i was up within 10 mins max. they helped me with out with the top notch customer support and even gave me a extra free day because somewhere down the line i messed up.

How awesome can is that!!!

So the pros and cons

PROS:
Cheap
fast at setting up your account
Awesome servcers catering for the states and EU {only 2 from what i know}

CONS:
If your new to setting up a server you will be biteing customer services ear off but they help you out really quick.

All and all a great company who deserves you money and time.

The servers are fast, but not nearly as fast as their customer service. Servers sometimes get messed up and having a team that responds quickly is pretty important.
