Great Customer Service
Have been with UK Cheapest for about 10 years now and while there have been a handful of hiccups with hosting settings, they've always been very swift to respond to issues and corret things asap. Most recently they offered me a discount after their prices increased, after hearing my concerns for my business overheads. As a longtime customer I felt heard and appreciated. Excellent service.

Good Customer Support service as usual!
Yet again, the team sorted out an issue which I had with my website. I am not a professional webcreator, so don't keep totally up to date with industry changes. An issue had occured, wherby some people couldn't see my site, and I thought I would have to recode 2000+ pages! Thank goodness I was wrong. The team sorted it out for me, and were very good at answering my very basic questions. I have always found the support team at uk-cheapest respond in a timely manner, and solve any website or email problems I have had very quickly

Reliable service!

The only hosting service I would use
I have been with UK-Cheapest for many, many years. I have multiple domains and hosting packages with them, and I wouldn't use anyone else. Support have always fixed any problems I have had.
