Scam company. Gave my laptop to them for repair then they ghosted me afterwards. No response to calls, to texts, just stole my laptop. I still have all evidence of contact saved. There are better companies available, just avoid this one.

I had a screen replacement for my Microsoft Surface Pro 9. The technician was very polite and helpful. I would definitely use their services again.

Ali was awesome! 👌 I made a booking in the morning and received a call within a few minutes to confirm it and set a time. We agreed on an approximate time for the afternoon, and he arrived right on schedule. He got to work immediately, and within half an hour, my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 was fully functional and back in perfect working order! Thank you for the excellent service!

After contacting them regarding my irreparably damaged hard drive, this gentleman quoted me £460 to send a technician to repair my computer at any location in London within 24 hours of receiving the hard drive. In a state of panic due to time constraints and lack of expertise, I accepted the offer and sent him £150, at which point he ordered the hard drive without specifying whether it would be an SSD or a standard model.

Subsequently, he was unable to come on the same day. The following day, I had several appointments, which had to be postponed by a day. He then claimed that my location was too far for him to travel. By the end of the week, he contacted me to discuss the possibility of a refund, citing that my location was too distant for him.

While he may request that his friends write positive reviews on Trustpilot, cross-referencing previous and original reviews alongside my experience, and considering the exorbitant price in relation to the inadequate service received, I believe the only area in which he excels is paying Google to ensure he appears at the top of search results for "hard drive replacement."

In all other respects, I consider this individual to be a professional swindler, eager to accept payment upfront. I regard this service as highly unreliable and strongly advise others to avoid being misled.

my surface pro 9 screen was broken ali came and replace the screen at my house within 30min all good very happy.

Surface pro 4 needed a new battery. Posted to their workshop in October 2023. They said it needed a new screen as well. They never keep you updated as to progress have to chase all the time.
It was returned after 3 weeks but the new screen did not work as a touch screen. Was asked to return it under warranty. Again no updates but 3 weeks later the device arrived. It lasted about 2 weeks before the battery failed so I sent it back at the begining of January 2024. They said it was the charging circuit so I had it repaired. Tried for weeks to get updates but they never replied to emails or phone messages. Eventually they told me that the charging chip was in and the unit was ready for return. I asked for a battery report but they said they don't do that. Eventually I gave in and paid to get my computer back. It arrived with spot damage on the screen. I am not returning it again.
Don't use this Company as they are not trust worthy and I don't believe the good reviews. 30 minutes to replace the screen of a Surface pro is not my experience.
Your reply makes no sense. The screen in question is the one you installed after the battery replacement and only came back discoloured after the last visit to your workshop. Yet more fabrications!

Back in September I booked the appointment to repair my ipad broken screen. Najib came into my property without any equipment and convinced me that the job would be done by 7pm of that day. He also stated that job could only be done after payment was taken. So I trusted him even though on the company website it says something completely different. When it was about 6:45 he calls stating he couldn’t deliver the ipad as he couldn’t fix until next morning. I was fuming as he promised a service that he couldn’t deliver. After long conversations he agreed to deliver next day at 10:15, he arrived way passed that time he came around 10:55. When I got the ipad back the job was disgusting! There was glue all around the ipad. It’s was a mess, plus the home button was no longer working which it was working before he got the ipad. I’m really dissatisfied with his work and the company as well as they haven’t tried to fix the issue! I have tried contacting them to get it fixed however it’s November now and no my ipad it’s still a mess. I definitely don’t recommend this company!!!

I went to Ali to get a screen replacement for my Laptop surface 3. In the beginning I was a bit skectical about doing service with him as I was confused whether I would get my device properly fixed and he would be the right person to deal with the job. I also had my doubts whether I would get warranty from him as I thought he is not formally registered as a company. I was literally about to leave but It all turned out that I was wrong!

Ali, very nicely amd calmly, resolved all my doubts before even starting to work as I requested. All I can say is that the man is super competent in his craft. He replaced my screen in a matter of 20-30minutes in front of me. He also went beyond the expectations and re-open my laptop again as he noticed a minor issue with the new replacement and decided to instal me an upgraded version of the same screen at no cost. All in the same day.
I now enjoying my laptop again as it is working all fine. Thanks Ali for your service and professionalism.

It took three weeks to get my laptop battery replaced and sent back to me.

I was originally quoted £220, which went up to £330. The bill I received was for £420.

I was repeatedly told 'it's nearly finished' or 'it's finished' to then hear nothing for a few days. Every time I had to call them to find out what the problem is now, including them mixing up my laptop with another.

When I finally did get it back, after a lot of money and a very long wait, the keyboard was missing but it was sent to me a few days later.

Not impressed with the repairs I got, my surface laptop does not hold charge, I was specifically charged extra to fix this but it now looks like I have been deceived. I can't use my laptop for long unless plugged.
Am giving 2 stars for their convincing conversation when they are assuring you of the so called service and result.
I will not be using them again.

What a great service, the screen replacement on my surface pro took less than 20 minutes, it is now amazing, no reservation to recommend this company

I called UK-Repairs as I needed a screen replacement for my Surface Pro 3. Although, the model is rather old, it still meets all my requirements. So, when i saw my screen was cracked rather then purchase a new model I decided to see if I could replace the screen instead. After searching on the net I found UK-Repairs and spoke to Ali regarding my screen replacement. Ali mentioned that he could do the repair on site, which was for me an excellent option due to the busy nature of my work. Ali attended site and replaced my Surface Pro 3 Screen within 30mins. I would also like to add Ali was very professional, not only in the way he handled the requirement from start to finish but also in is attire during his visit. All in all, I would defiantly recommend Ali and his company to anyone needing any of the repair services his company offers.

Thieves and lies. Beware!!!

My surface laptop has been with them for over a year and they refuse to prove to me that it has been fixed before paying any money. They keep making excuses over and over and have now disappeared and no longer answer my calls or emails.

Great service from Ali - whipped of the Surface Pro screen and took out the innards in a few minutes - then replaced screen and turned on... all perfect.
