Cornilleau UK Reviews

Ordered table on 30/07/2026 hoping for a next day delivery as advertised on their website. Two weeks later I get delivery of the table and the delivery company arrives 30 mins early ringing & knocking my door at 07:25am waking up the whole household, with no prior warning. Called customer service to complain only to be told they had lots of deliveries that day.

Item recieved very badly packaged - clearly resealed. This was obviously a return item resold. Contents were in disarray, box was damaged. Items showed signs of wear (e.g. wheels). Completely ruined our sons 18th birthday, we were unable to return via Amazon as only option given was to post. Contacted company direct - await a response. Disgusted.

The table arrived in a cardboard box. 110 kg of loose components in a cardboard box is asking for trouble.
One of the table tops arrived with a serious dent to the side rigid metal frame. And another component was damaged (rivet sheared off), presumably in the same traumatic impact event.
Replacements came after 3 weeks.
Really, the packaging needs a rethink.

Fantastic service from ordering through to delivery and assembly. The table has been great so far - very happy 😃

Outstanding Personal Service! Really grateful to Adam Radford and team at Cornilleau. Having had a problem with my outdoor table Adam personally got involved and went to great lengths to resolve my issue to my complete satisfaction. I bought a Cornilleau table because they are some of the best you can buy and absolutely, the after sales service matched the excellent product. Thx Adam, really appreciated !

Great fit and easy to install. A more robust version than our previous one so hopefully will last many years.

Great service

This table tennis table is a smash hit in our home💕 high-quality, family-approved, and the epicenter of our game nights.

One star mark down as the instructions to build were quite hard to follow and didn’t match the video BUT we got there and it is amazing!! Sturdy and solid, and has been such fun

I ordered a Table tennis table as a christmas gift and it arrived on time and was easy to put together.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous parts person. Correct spares provided, at speed, for a somewhat elderly table tennis table. What more could one need? Thanks. Dick
