Very disappointing experience.

When I initially booked, communication was quick and I was specifically told that the scan centre I requested had availability. After making payment, I was then informed that the centre was actually fully booked and was offered an alternative location around two hours from my home, which simply isn’t a reasonable alternative for me.

Since then, I’ve tried contacting Get Scanned several times to request a refund, but the communication has been noticeably slow and difficult compared with how quickly my booking and payment were dealt with.

I understand that availability can change, but I feel I should have been given accurate information before making payment, and I would expect a much quicker response when trying to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t use Get Scanned again and would advise others to be cautious when booking.

Contacted this company twice via email asking for some additional information on their £1999 CTAC scan. Absolutely no response. Just think, if this is the way they deal with customers before they have their money, imagine the customer service you'll receive once they have your money in the bank! Absolutely appalling.

Directions to scan centre were clear. Staff are courteous, thorough and professional. No waiting, attended to as per scheduled appointment time.

I went for a full abdominal scan after having some pain. Staff were amazing and really put my mind at ease. Would recommend and will use in the future if required

Very helpful call centre who sorted everything out for me from a GP referral to finding a scan centre at short notice. One thing to note is you won't get a reply on the weekend, weekdays however everything is handled swiftly and efficiently.

I was a difficult case due to an implanted pacemaker. I had a discussion with GetScanned's GP who was very thorough, and several different hospitals were approached.
Throughout the process I was kept informed of progress. All the staff were very professional, clear and courteous. I would like to single out Nisha in particular for her courteous help and support.

Paid for two full MRI scans which turned out to be not what we needed. Since then we've encountered shocking service and communication and at the moment are £3,000 out of pocket.

This company are very professional and it made the experience pleasurable , they made sure to keep really good communication lines open detailing everything that was going to happen and extremely polite. Yatharth is a credit to your company .

Arrived in Manchester an hour and a half early, your friendly staff were brilliant they shuffled things around to get me in and sorted. We were actually back on the motorway home before the original appointment time.

Really professional company. Very easy to book the appointment and I was kept advised throughout. I had my scan within a week of booking, I had scan on Thursday afternoon and the results came through to me on Friday evening. The report was very easy to understand. I would certainly book with them again.

I would recommend this place to anyone- all of the staff were incredibly friendly, polite and welcoming. Even staff who were answering calls were lovely and I know that isn't the same for my local GP. The facilities were pristine and the staff who have been in touch since have also been really helpful.

After waiting unsuccessfully for many months for a CT scan on the beleaguered NHS I was skeptical when GetScanned offered me one in days. After a consultation with their own excellent doctor it was agreed an MRI would be more suitable and with Nisha by my side this was speedily rearranged. My skepticism was unfounded as the mobile unit MRI went according to plan with two very advising helpers. The whole process was seamless and very professional with the results being emailed to me after two working days complete with a summary of findings from their own doctor.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending GetScanned. Nisha was there to keep me informed as things developed and always there to answer my queries. The whole process was very professional from start to finish. Money well spent!. Thank you to everyone involved.

Appointment booked in for the week after....great service and the person doing the scan was lovely.
Requested refund for the difference from 2 body part mri to 1 body part.
Yatharth was very helpful getting this chased up and sorted for me and I received the £200 refund straight away.

If you're looking for answers don't hesitate to book With Getscanned ...they were a very efficient company deal with.

I booked scan for the whole spine, booking process is so easy and straightforward. I was contacted the same day from the Doctor before my referral and the same day was contacted by the scan people who arranged my scan for 7pm that night. I got my scan results less than 24 hours after my scan. Absolutely impressive. Everyone were really helpful and professional, in particular Nisha who kept me informed by email and phone. Highly recommend.

Booked online as top of google (no doubt they pay to be top) I paid £250 only to be contacted for a further £75!! Obviously cancelled - took 10 days to receive a refund (web site cost now changed from £250 to £375) Cheaper to book direct - search local scan clinics where the price will be around £100!
