Amazing service. Amongst alot of anxiety over a health concern, I got a scan within 2 working days of initial contact. I didn't have to travel far to a local scan centre. The scan itself was incredibly thorough, and I was given immediate results, with the ownership of the scan report sent to my email afterwards. The ladies on the phone, managing my booking & queries were kind & helpful throughout.
I'm so grateful to GetScanned & would recommend them 100%

This was a great experience even though the actual scan order was incorrect ( I ordered with vs wo contrast). The results were back fast and correctly assessed. There were scheduling errors that I fortunately caught so one need to stay on top of everything.

I was a bit dubious having not used the service before:
Day 1, phoned at 10:30 am to ask for GP triage.
Day 1, phoned at 3pm by GP and triaged, MRI agreed.
Day 1, 8pm phoned by referring MRI unit with cancellation appointment.
Day 2, 9am MRI scan.
Day 3, 4pm Report and scans available!
Extremely good value, Excellent customer service (Richa) and communication throughout the process.

I found it to be quick and accessible, I really found them to be in touch a lot. The one thing I dislike is the phone number they call from. As it’s a similar code to scam calls and cold calls. So it’s remarkable that I answered as usually I would ignore it.

Everything went pretty much according to plan, except arguably the result (which was both relatively good news and unexpectedly bad news for unforeseen reasons.). The post MRI scan bit went smoothly and in many ways is the most important part. Richa at GetScanned admin? Was extremely helpful and efficient and guided me when I needed my hand held. Thank you Richa. Thank you GetScanned and Thank you scanning facility at Taunton. If the need arose I would happily use GetScanned again.

I found the whole experience professional, friendly and very slick. I was walked through the entire process from enquiry to receipt of my results by the helpful staff. I can't recommend this service highly enough.

Seamless Experience. I needed an urgent knee MRI after being in pain for 2 weeks. The team at Getscanned, especially Richa was absolutely wonderful. She was compassionate and took time to understand the urgency and expedited everything from scheduling the scan to getting the reports. As an injured person in pain without any diagnosis, who had to do everything myself this was a huge relief. GetScanned's service is worth every penny. They take care of everything from scheduling the GP call, to the MRI appointment. I would definitely recommend their service and their outstanding staff, especially Richa Shukla. Kudos!

I was booking an MRI scan for my son of his knee for a suspected ACL injury. Because of his age lots of private scan centres will not scan, but GetScanned were really helpful in finding a scanning centre. I found them really responsive, professional and helpful.

This is the second time i've used GetScanned. I had a scan here myself before and because the experience was so good, I used them again to sort out a scan for my son. Richa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She went completely above and beyond to get the booking and all the arrangements sorted out perfectly for us. She is so warm and helpful which made the whole process completely stress free. If only all customer care was like this! Thank you so much Richa, Sonia and the doctor too for such amazing care. Get Scanned popped up on Facebook and after seeing all the wonderful reviews on here, I decided to give it a go. I made contact and everyone was so pleasant. None of my silly questions seemed to be hassle. Absolutely amazing customer service, a really personalised process.

The booking process was quick and simple. I only had to wait a couple of days, with Yatharth going above and beyond to confirm my booking after I had some issues with payment links etc.

The MRI process at the hospital was explained in full and carried out on time, professionally and results sent across promptly. I had a phone call within the week to book a consultant appointment the following day.

I had some anomalies show up on my results which are now being investigated by my GP. This just shows the value of having these scans available for everyone.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Tristan and Yatharth who dealt with all my enquiries before, during and after the scan. They are a friendly and professional team that really do make you feel valued. I would recommend this service to everyone, whether you have symptoms or not, get checked!

Sadly, experience started well but after booking they changed my booking location twice and are now unable to provide a date for my mri test and are completely ignoring my complaints regarding this it has now been weeks after booking and i still do not have a date for a mri test.

Edit - after a few weeks of delays they called me to refund my order in full sadly this delayed my treatment as i could have got the scan i needed within a week with Nuffield health

Their hospitality and professionalism was on the topmost.
though the 3days wait time for the result interpretation made my anxiety to peak but the service rendered override the wait.

Nice and fast scan with very quick results. Results in 24 hrs.

Please don’t hesitate to use this company. Phenomenal customer service. I booked a scan for asap on a Wednesday, their GP phoned that afternoon and I was scanned on the Friday and report that Friday too. Unbelievable. So friendly, quick and helpful, and reasonably priced. If you’re worried about something health wise and you are able too, book here privately, don’t stress yourself by waiting months on the nhs.
