My experience was excellent a big thank you to Ivan he made it very easy for me to return my item very polite at all times and very quick responses to emails. All credit to his customer service which doesn't happen very much these days, cannot find a fault, so thank you again for a stress free return.

I have an ongoing problem with my Humax Aura TV box where it throws up a WiFi has no internet message every few minutes even though you are streaming and watching programmes or when watching recordings even though the programme is un-efected. Over a period of weeks Carl at Humax has tried to help me in every way possible to resolve the issue. Unfortunately for me I'm out of the guarantee period, so my only option is to put up with it, try to get it repaired or buy the new version. My box is just 3 years old. However Carl was most helpful in every way he could be, by providing guidance on things to try to resolve the issue, it looks like I have a faulty WiFi adapter. Thank you Carl.

Very helpful suggestion from Marcus to solve the problem with my HDR Fox T2 recorder. This solved the problem ["no channels found"] by doing a factory reset, following his very clear instructions.

Refurbished aura humax frozen screen after reboot.Rebooted after it locked recordings bought in November frozen in April seldom used as in bedroom not happy £219.00 down the drain. I've tried to contact humax again may 2026 I would like a replacement or refund as this box is not fit for purpose I'm very annoyed

But the new humax Aura EZ. What a disaster, i took 4 hours trying to set it up eventually going back to richer sounds cheltenham. I gave up and bought a manhattan. That took five minutes, 4 of which was searching for channels. Job done. I felt your handbook didn't make sense, and i am of course computer savvy, though i admit not as much as some. Have you heard the expression *kiss*?

The whole replacement issue was dealt with without delay by Marcus at Humax. A fantastic service in all departments.

Only reason we bought it was that we'd had a older model that had stopped working and we wanted something so we could record programmes.
This has been absolutely useless you can't record direct from the channel listing and have to go to recordings guide which most of the time say 'no program information '. We were told to do a factory reset which briefly worked but also deletes anything you may have managed to record! Have tried rebooting it but still the same.
I dread husband turning the tv on now!!

Contacted Humax as my Freeview box had developed a problem if I tried to pause or rewind live TV.

I didn't have to wait long for a response from Marcus who gave me a comprehensive list of instructions of what to try first and, if that didn't work, second.

Pleased to say that the first solution worked a treat and I can now pause and rewind live TV again. Hurrah!

We bought a HUMAX Aura 2 years ago and basically it’s the biggest load of cr@p, it reboots when it feels like it, we get a shadow across the bottom third of the screen. Don’t touch HUMAX they’re expensive over priced rubbish.
