Very poor packaging, no protection for goods inside meant that some items arrived damaged also no indication that they were coming from China

Always a great company to deal with. Items are always good quality and yet very reasonably priced. Delivery is quite fast and has always been within stated times. I would recommend this company without reserve.

Placed my order it was sent as two deliveries one arived one got lost contacted them and they where extremely helpful offering to resend the missing delivery if not arived in the 5 days they asked me to wait royal mail found and delivered the bow the day before all the way they where happy to chat and where willing to make sure I was satisfied
