Die Ware am 18.06.24 bestellt und bis heute keine Reaktion,ausser das Ware zurückgeht. Meine Adresse wo ich seit 7 Jahren wohne,war angeblich nicht korrekt. Nach einer Nachfrage hieß es nur ,muss mit Manager reden. Auf Antwort warte ich auch noch.
Am Telefon kann man Sprachen wählen,aber auf einmal nur englisch und kein Deutsch. In einem Shop wegen Hilfe angerufen,konnten mir auch keinen Tipp geben.
Sehr schlecht jedenfalls.

Awful customer service. Email to customer service bounces back!. Have called company 6 times after 4 mins of holding on i get cut off. Spent over £150 to get email saying they have issues with paypal!!! Really???. I guess my money has gone never to be returned.
Staff are rude and unhelpful
Staff are rude and unhelpful. Tried to just scan 2 T-shirts on my order that I’d not brought up to the till and the DKNY set I bought (put together by the shop) has shorts 4 sizes smaller than the hoodie! The policy is no refunds just exchange but they’ve sold out in the size shorts I need … I think they knew this as they sold me the set. I won’t be going back, lost a very loyal customer.

Diese Seite hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient.
Auf dem ersten Blick sieht die Website sehr seriös aus, deswegen habe ich eine Wickeltasche im Wert von 141€ bestellt und habe diese (zum Glück) über „Paypal in 30 Tagen zahlen“ bezahlt. Im Bestellstatus stand „Bestellung in Bearbeitung“ und hat sich tagelang nicht verändert. Unter der angegeben Telefonnummer für den Kundendienst gibt es keinen Anschluss. Ich wurde misstrauisch und habe bei Trustpilot die Negativen Bewertungen gelesen. Die Tasche habe ich natürlich nie erhalten. Mein Geld habe ich von Paypal zurückerstattet bekommen.

Have lost a very loyal and consistent customer I ordered a jumper size 16 2 weeks ago I then received my order open it for it to be a 18month baby jumper !! I called to sort it out and there telling me I have to put my own hand in my pocket too print a shipping label and can’t send me a qr code when this is all there mistake !!
Not good service at all
Absolute joke of from this firm. Took my order then a week later when I phoned up to find out about my delivery they informed me that they had to cancel my order due to lack of stock but yet they’re still advertising the jacket and in the size I ordered. No email no correspondence to inform me of their action. Very poor service and never buy from this company

BEWARE ordering from this company. I ordered an Aigle raincoat one month ago. After two weeks it had not arrived. They replied to my email saying it was showing on their tracking as having not moved from a distribution site and they were investigating. They then did not reply again. I have paid £80 for a raincoat I have not received and they will not communicate with me. Perhaps I have lost my £80.

Disappointing returns
I have been trying for almost a week to return a large package of items that did not arrive in time for what they were intended for. The website states that if you start a return, you will be emailed a returns label within 48 hours. It has now way exceeded this time frame and I am worried that I am running out of time as I will soon exceed the 14 days to return the items and lose £300 as a result. I have emailed, messaged on social media and made requests through the online form several times with no response. Not even so much as an acknowledgement. I have ordered from here before and always been happy but this has really ruined my thoughts on them and I will not be ordering from there again.
Poor customer service and returns process
I ordered a child’s Timberland coat. The coat came up very small so I returned it. I received an email from the company to say the refund had been processed and would take 2-4 days to reach my account. 10 days later and I’ve still not received the money.
I’ve ended up logging a claim via PayPal to get my money back. PayPal can’t see any trace of a refund.
Be very carful if you are ordering from this company as something doesn’t seem quite right.

Fake clothing I was told by an employee who is leaving to not not buy products from this company I recieved 2 items for my baby and they looked fake the packaging had Chinese writing all over it and products all said made in china. She confirmed items are not genuine. Do not buy. I returned my items immediately

I have experienced extreme frustration and discomfort attempting to process a return. I ordered an item for my son's birthday celebration online, but it did not fit him properly, so I returned it just two days later. Unfortunately, I have not received my refund after an unreasonable amount of time and multiple attempts to communicate with the company through various channels, including social media and online forms. Their lack of response has made the situation even more stressful. Based on my experience, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this company.
Returns work
I normally don't write reviews, but after all the bad ones about the company's returns, I thought I should share my experience. so after ordering, the items arrived within 2 days (from France). All the products were small but that because my aunt misjudged the sizing and didn't read the size guide measurements. I requested a returns label using the online form. it says it takes 48 hours to arrive to your email. I sent a contact us form email and chased up the returns label even though it wasn't the full 48 hours (paranoid after the bad reviews and that order was a huge amount). less than a few hours I received my label in my email, printed it and inserted the other document they gave when I first requested the return inside the package. dropped it at the post office, within 2 weeks I received an email saying kids around received my return. within 2 days rhe money was refunded into my account. I will be placing the order again in larger sizes. quick delivery and quality of products was really good. however I will say no one answered the customer service number.

Returns process is a nightmare
Returns process is a nightmare with having to email them for a returns label and then they send 1 return label for two items which could not fit in the same parcel..very frustrating.
After returning the items and tracked them (they arrived the next day) 10 days later no refund. Called customer service who spoke over me saying yes return had been received and it’s there but I must wait 2 weeks for my refund as that is the policy.
Very stressful company to deal with, advice would be to stay clear to be honest.
Glad I ignored the negative reviews
So glad I ignored the other reviews. Ordered an item Thursday evening and it arrived from France Monday afternoon. Most of the negative reviews seem to be returns related so I can’t comment on that, but I love the item and would definitely use this company again.

I ordered shoes for my son. No one was home on the day of delivery. Then I receive an email that the delivery has been delivered. I have contacted DPD, and they indicate that the order was signed on receipt, with my name!! Clearly told that I have not received anything. I then received a form with proof of not received package. I had to forward this to kids around. After contacting me several times, I am kept on the line. I constantly get the same information, which is of no use to me at all. I never received the package, and a webshop should then refund a proof of purchase. They avoid this! Ridiculous!
