A complete scam! I would give a zero star rating. Bought on a BOGOF deal to only get one ring as the algorithm somehow set as one in the basket.
What arrived is a thin bit of metal! These kind of companies should not be operating!

Wish I’d read the true reviews on here - I now realise that the reviews that OLUX advertises are totally FALSE!
DO NOT BUY!! The ring is just an awful con. It does not work. There are no magnets on the ring. It’s poor quality and the colour is nothing like the gold ring shown.

DO NOT PURCHASE - SCAM. Know idea why I purchased it but sent an email 10 mins after ordering asking to cancel. I received an email a week later saying I was too late. It had been shipped. Interestingly enough I received it today on a 48hr tracked postage.

I not on the website they are asking you not to buy through amazon or Ebay. Funny the those are the two places they can't control the reviews.

Returned as it's a sh** not worth the money a bit of cheap plastic that doesn't even fit cost me £16 for return and the company haven't replied to any emails so not only did it cost me £40 for ring also £16 for return and nothing back.

Not even worthy of one star! The ring is nothing like the description it is rubbish Contacted Olux and even though it had brought my finger out in a rash within minutes the company are not prepared to pay for refunds.
On principle I posted it back it was received (tracked)
And they sent it back to me unopened Received it today 18.06.25 from Royal Mail!
This has gone on since October 24.
It has been marked as overdue return !
Was in touch by email and tracked it knew it had been received .
I shall at every spare moment pursue this issue

Ordered my ring back in March still no ring or refund, emailed several times with no response do not order total scam!

This company should get 0 stars and be dealt with by trading standards.
A family member ordered this by mistake. Within seconds of realising an email was sent asking not to process the order. No response for 3 days! Clearly the emails are dealt with in china. Stated there was a quick turn around!!
Item arrived and I can only describe it as a piece of broken plastic. You can only send back to china (when it was dispatched in the UK) costing £15!! Absolute con

I would have left no stars but you can’t write a review without at least one star.
After not hearing from the company I tracked my parcel, strangely it said delivered that day. It wasn’t we were in all day nothing came though the door or delivered. When I got in touch with Olux they told me to ask neighbours and call the delivery company, neighbours had nothing I trust this to be true. I didn’t know who the delivery company was. I got back in touch with Olux and have had nothing. Massive con don’t fall for it.

Terrible costumer services. Didn't received the ring, was given incorrect information about my delivery, didn't receive my money back.

A complete scam. The ring is cheap and looks nothing like the website. Returned it at a cost of £11 and have never received a refund despite emailing numerous time. No reply from the company. Avoid.

Horrible material, very very cheap looking. Doesn’t fit properly, keeps pinching. They are scammers, you have to return to China, I paid over £13 on a return, and they have never refunded me. Horrible customer service. I provided the posting receipt from post office and they claim they can’t check without a tracking ID. Surely they can check at the address they made me return the item to. Scammers. Horrible customer service. AVOID!!!

Awful quality material and only fits a tiny finger unless you want to get pinched by the gap. Have to return to China at your expense (£13) and awful customer service. Avoid!!
