Ordered a personalised Man City kit for my boy on 14/11. Received the email from Evri that they are expecting the delivery on the 18/11. Today is the 22/11. I called up Puma and they said it might not arrive until the 28/11. This is a birthday gift. This is unacceptable. How has the order not been already dispatched to Evri? You’ve had 8 days so far to get it ready, what have you been doing? It’s almost 2025. When we order things online we expect it tomorrow, like with Amazon Prime. How have you not been able to get the order ready in 8 days so far and likely to take longer. Disappointing and won’t be shopping again on the website nor purchasing anything Puma related. Hopefully Man City go with Nike or Adidas in the future.

Lies that there is no shoes in stock twice! While they clearly on their web showing availability! Now for second pair I didn’t even receive a refund!!! How disgusting is that ?!? Not enough they lie they steal your money!!!!

Ordered two pairs of trainers a week ago, on 31/08/2024, paid £7.99 for next day delivery, which as I ordered on the Saturday, the website stated they would be delivered the following Monday. I chose next day delivery as I needed them for when I started my job after the summer holidays. Two emails went unanswered, so I called and was told it was due to “technical difficulties” and that they don’t know when they’ll be delivered. Never mind the fact that the app says they’ve been dispatched, and I got the email with the shipment and tracking numbers. They have refunded the £7.99 I paid for delivery, but, at the moment, almost £100 spent (on a teaching assistants salary no less) and nothing to show for it and no idea when they’ll arrive, I’m half tempted to ask for a refund of the shoes and go elsewhere! Absolutely shocking service and am fuming at the fact that they can take my money, not fulfill an order on time and give no guidance as to when they will arrive. Don’t even deserve 1 star 🤬
EDIT Puma now say that DPD lost my parcel, however looking at their app, DPD never received my parcel. Also it’s a different story than I was told last week, when they said it had been sent back to Puma. To top it all off, all my emails have gone unanswered and whenever I’ve called up, customer service were shockingly rude, and it took a week to get my refund…. Incredibly poor service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY Would give no stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Can never get through on the phone. Take days to reply to emails, and then don't answer your question. Worst of all accept orders and take payment for products they have not got and try to fob you off with a your order is delayed email. How can companies be allowed to get away with this.

I ordered a pair of trainers on 2nd August 2024, with an estimated delivery of 3–5 days. After waiting 10 days, I called their customer services. On the first call I was cut off, and on the second, I was told that the order was cancelled as the item was not in stock. I was also told that a refund was automatically processed.

I have not received an email informing me that the order was cancelled and I have not received a refund.

Based on the number of people who are experiencing the same poor service, this is not a surprise. What is surprising is that a company like Puma is not doing anything to improve it.

Fingers crossed, I will receive a refund.

I ordered a shoe with next-day delivery and then they emailed me that the product was out of stock, then I immediately ordered another shoe the same day with next-day delivery but this one same out of stock. So why don’t update your online website?
As people’s time is not valuable for them.

Worst company to deal with when it comes to refunds AVOID.

I am very disappointed about your policy.I've bought two items one on sale,one full price.After three days the sale was cancelled,full price one was delivered.I've been refunded but my granddaughter is very sad.She choose that item herself and now I can not explain her why she will not having it.Or,maybe because I am not native.Otherwise good quality.Next time I am thinking twice before I will order. Very tricky company you are. Good look in future.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a personalised kit for my son’s 8th birthday on the 8/3, nothing received so chased on the 19/3. Was told immediately that the item was out of stock so the order has been cancelled and refunded. I checked their site and it’s still available to order. Complained to Luke and Joanne at customer services who just cut and paste the same response to me and a discount code. Told I would receive a refund but still waiting. Totally let down my son and now he won’t have his present on time. Shame on you Puma.

I have just received my puma elite nitro 2. 2 starts are only for discount 15% however still not worth £150+ pounds. They arrived quickly but after opening I could’ve easily say they have been used detagged and two little stains on the top of the shoe as a cherry on top. There is high demand for this pair and this was sold out quickly and I have probably got one of last pairs. But having this pair for &185 (discounted by new customer code voucher to £150) is embarrassing. I’ll deffo not buying puma ever again. They don’t care for sure.

Dreadful. The 15% new customer code was not accepted at checkout. The order was duplicated. I'm trying to get a stop and refund but reading reviews and dealing with customer services I am not feeling confident.
I was not asking for a monetary refund, but an apology and a thank you for bringing the issue with their website to their attention would have been nice. It was not forthcoming. I'm waiting for the order to arrive. I hope the journey doesn't get any worse. It has been so frustrating and time consuming.

Really bad services, irresponsible, careless and Super Stupid. They put incorrect address despite I purchased after signed in. So my address should appear clearly in my account.
I contacted them immediate about the incorrect address in order to amend it, a reply told me to contact the hell called evri quite another rubbish delivery company. My order 21199239 did not deliver as proposed time. At 22:00 I received email tells me the order could not be delivered without further details.
Lucky I made the payment via Paypal
Highly not recommend.

Ordered a pair of Green Suede classic 75 trainers on Monday the 1st January as they had been reduced considerably from £95. Found their website straightforward to use with excellent photographs of different angles of the trainers.
Got a personal confirmation on the day at 16.00pm, not really expecting them to be working on New Year's day.
No extra charge for delivery. My trainers arrived today Friday 5th January via Evri. They in turn, gave me a lot of delivery options and estimated time.
Arrived well packaged and no surprises as described. Found Puma's to be well made and comfortable to wear.
Very pleased with my January sale purchase and delivery.

Excellent shoes, low price but top quality!

Must concur with other reviews here that Puma are a woeful company to try and deal with. Unhelpful, belligerant and ignorant customer service backed by decidedly average standard delivery times.

Buyer beware - (especially as we approach Christmas)!

With the huge profit made by these "manufacturers" proper investment in Customer Service and a policy change of attitude wouldn't go amiss and they could learn a great deal from competitors' like Adidas & Nike on how to treat their customers.

The sizes of the shirts are ridiculous ordered my 9 year old 11 to 12 size as likes a comfy fit however the 3rd kit he struggled to get on and over his head, because we ordered the shirt with Haaland name on it they would not replace so a very expensive lesson learnt the shirt I ordered was 11/12 but I should have checked the size chart apparently!!!!!@@@@@ very poor customer service so please check shirt sizes

Following on from response when a size 11 to 12 does not fit a small 9 year old I would class it as defective, parents should be made aware as my SEND child had a melt down trying to get this shirt on. Parents try to do the best they can for their children and in this case my son wanted to have his hero's name on it once this was done no rights to replacement very poor been in touch with Puma who said no replacement

Faulty shoes arrived, contacted Puma and received a 3-day SLA response and am now waiting OVER 3 days between each email. Shocking, they haven’t even accepted liability nor that they’ll do anything about it.

I have ordered some trainers and a hoodie, the trainers didn’t came a I have called customer services and they told me that I supposed to have an email which I didn’t had telling me that they don’t have it but it was when I ordered and the other 2 emails telling me that is on the way, they sent my money back and I have found the same trainers on Amazon available and cheaper
