Like others I was fooled into thinking this was a UK company - IS IS NOT!!! Based in China with office address in Hong Kong. A total shower of shoot!! Took 3 weeks for my express delivery (LOL) to arrive only to find out they sent the wrong battery!!!!!!! A bunch of wonkers. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES unless you want to be robbed. Save yourself the hassle and just flush your money down the toilet - cut out the middle man. USELESS

First off, not from the UK - not an issue that it’s not a British product but advertising would lead you to believe there’ll be quick delivery as you’d expect from a UK company. Not the case at all, delivery takes a month, coming all the way from China using the slowest and likely cheapest delivery available. This is just the first issue. After waiting the best part of 4 weeks the battery finally arrived. Physically fitted my laptop, HOWEVER, The output voltage was conveniently covered by a barcode sticker which when peeled off revealed the voltage to be below the requirement for my laptop. Not what you’d expect for a “OEM” battery. Using an underpowered battery in a laptop can cause irreparable damage. Good job I checked or I’d be looking for a whole new laptop now. Customer service is terrible and is trying to shift the blame onto the manufacturer. Also tried to claim using an underpowered battery would be fine. Look that up and you’ll find some horror stories. They are desperate not to give a refund. Going to resort to getting it off of PayPal if they keep refusing much longer.
Ordered a non OEM replacement off of Amazon for half the price, arrived a day later and is currently powering my laptop as I write this review.

Avoid this company at all costs.

For reference I bought a replacement battery for an ASUS X409FA for £41

I needed a new battery for my lenovo ideapad 5. I put "UK" in my search, expecting to bring up UK companies. I was distracted that day so didn't notice that site ordering page looked a little odd and there were no proper reviews or company details. It was only after I ordered (Paypal only option) that the penny dropped - It is a Chinese company! The 'UK' in the company name is a trap, designed to hook you in. All comms from them had gone into spam! After several requests, i was eventually given 3 weeks as likely delivery timeline. I managed to get a no-quibble refund via Paypal and have ordered a battery (via Amazon) with 48 hour delivery. Advice? Don't use this company if you have any sort of urgency and take more time checking out companies before ordering!

Do not use this seller, and do not confuse with UK Battery Ltd (as I did, to my cost).
This one (UKBattery.org.uk) is NOT UK-based. Deliveries take 3+weeks, coming from China, and of course when the knock-off doesn't work - I admit it nearly did, but only once and that's not right - you can't actually send it back because you aren't meant to send batteries through the post. Not to mention the cost.

I stupidly ordered from here because I needed a new battery for my laptop, I have since been trying to contact them as it hasn't arrived yet, nor have I had any emails confirming my order ( they took my money fast enough though ) and I now know why..... IT IS FROM CHINA NOT THE UK !!
Never order from here, it is impossible to get a reply from them and you will be waiting forever for your item, if it ever arrives at all.

I placed 2 orders, each for a single battery of the type used in a Remington shaver. I later realised that I needed a 2 cell back so emailed them via their website to ascertain whether or not they could supply a 2 cell pack. I received acknowledgement of the orders, but no response whatsoever to my query. My orders have not been fulfilled. I have filed a complaint with PayPal.

Absolutely useless company --- they don't respond to emails, and I believe they are not a genuine UK company despite their title. Still not received any response from them on when my order might be dispatched, but my account has now been debited one week ago.
Buyer beware. Do not use this company.

Took 3 weeks for the battery to arrive. I ordered it as it is supposed to be OEM (original equipment manufacturer) so should be made to the same standard as the original battery. Can’t say I’m entirely convinced but it is working well so far

Very poor just cancelled my order without explanation, avoid them

ASUS battery ordered, delivered (UK) in 9 days via Hermes, was professionally packaged. Battery looks to be exactly what was ordered - Very happy purchaser, would do so again.

Ordered a replacement laptop battery on 13th September 2021. Received an order confirmation which only said I will be given tracking details when it becomes available. After 10 days I emailed them and they told me it was with Hermes and would be 3 weeks! I didn't know Hermes had a 3 week delivery option! I also noticed some chinese looking characters in the email, which makes me suspect that this company is not in the UK - there is no company address details on the website, which I believe is illegal. I don't hold out much hope about receiving my replacement battery and I certainly wouldn't have purchased if I knew it would be best part of a month to get here. I mean surely anyone needing a replacement battery needs it urgently? There was no details on delivery time at the point of purchase and no express delivery option.
