Place order in December, not received. Went online and order said waiting to be shipped. Numerous emails finally got a response saying delayed shipping due to short staff. Now website is not accessible. No answer to further emails. Scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
THIS COMPANY WAS ADVERTSING THROUGH TIK TOK - THOUGHT IT WAS SAFE

I put 1 star ,but it's no star ,I placed my order 10 weeks ago ,got a tracking number but it was false ,I sent an email they replied saying they were being shipped ,I only ordered off them cause I thought they were affiliated with asos ,also tiktok need to do something about these scammers ,please do not place any orders with these scamming rats ,every review I have read not 1 person has received there order ,sorry I didn't read before I placed my order ,like I said I thought they were part of asos selling surplus goods but NO they are SCAMMING PEOPLE ASOS need to stop them using there logo / company name

I ordered from this company in December last year and got confirmation email of order but haven’t heard anything else. Can’t track as says shop closed constantly when I try to check order. Also tried to contact customer service but no luck. Emails delivered but never any response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I ordered from this company through tiktok on 31st December last year and haven't heard anything back from them ,they also took extra taxes from my account all it is saying is awaiting shipment ,and there is no way to contact them .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered over three weeks ago. I can't track my order and it has not been shipped yet. They have tsken taxes from me also. I would recommended no one shops at UK best Sales and it is supposed to be covered by ASOS. Absolute rubbish!!!

Scammer i ordered a coat christmas day, heard nothing e- mailed them heard nothing, look on web site always closed and they are still on Tik tok.

Another scammer! I feel a fool falling for this, and another one, in this past month or so. Be careful with links via Tiktok or Instagram.
I ordered over £35 worth of clothing. Not sent. I sent an email and it came back "this company is now closed"! Reported to my bank for a refund. They also refunded me for the last one. I have learnt my lesson now!

Deserves 0 star review, £44 spend tracking said delivered 26 December sent cctv to prove not delivered no comms since, horrible pp, PayPal in my favour refunded me instantly.

I am a 74yr old pensioner and thought I was buying from a UK dealer "UK Best Deals".Like every other reviewer I sufferd the same: not deliverd,offerd partial refunds and when asked for a full refund all emails come to a stop.The name Gao Fei which is for the emails is a common Chinese name!As a result you have no idea who you are dealing with!

sent 2 orders on 31st May. Neither delivered. Got in touch in July and was offered 30%refund, later upped to 50% and finally 60%. This company does not honour it's committments. Please avoid them.

Absolute waste of time I spent my money on a accompany that doesn't exist.. That doesn't even provide the goods. All I can say is don't order from them. It's a scam..

Tracking says order despatched. Ordered early June nothing arrived. I feel stupid for ordering from them without checking reviews.

This site is a scam. Ordered 4 items mid May and after being told the items had been delivered when they had not I complained and was offered a refund of ,first 30% then 60%, none of which has been forthcoming. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have had to give a 1 star rating to be able to write this review but please, please, please DO NOT buy from this company it is a SCAM. They will take your money but no goods will be delivered. When I tried to follow up I was offered a refund of 30% then 50% and finally 60%. When I continued to insist on a full refund they stopped replying to my emails. If anyone doubts this is a genuine review I have the evidence to support my experiences with UK Best Deals.

As with all the other people who have given bad reviews I have had the same done to me through this so called company.Placed order 6th June they took money from my bank account heard nothing since.Trying to say they havn't had a order from me yet I have had confirmation of my order and money taken from my bank account.ONE BIG SCAM DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

Don't buy from this company it is a scam didn't get the goods and didn't get a refund.First time for being scammed but won't happen again.Keep away from them.These people are discussting to scam honest people and can't even answer my E.mail now been intouch with my bank and reported them to the Fraud department. The person who I was Communicating.with was Gao Fei he is in China scam scam

This company is a complete scam.I made an order to them which was accepted.a few days later I was told the order had been despatched and was on it's way.After about a week the tracking which was pathetic to say the least said it had been delivered which was definitely not the case .I contacted them and they said it would be looked into and to check at our local Post office to see if it had been left there ,which obviously was not the case .On not getting a reply from the company they said that they could only offer a certain percentage of the cost paid which I declined saying I wanted a full refund and could they supply me the name of the couriers used.I have heard nothing since.They are complete lying scammers and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them.

I ordered from this company after 4 weeks didnt receive, tried to track the number given they wanted £1 (card details) to track, got in touch with paypal and eventually got my money back DONT ORDER FROM this company its a scam

Ordered goods never received offered 30% money back. Do not buy as it ends up its a Chinese con company

Placed ordered 22.05.25
Company stated item delivered 30.5.25…..but it has not been delivered.
The DHL tracking reference is not recognised by DHL so item was not delivered by them if at all.
My communication with UK best sales just constantly state ‘item delivered’ no further comment from them.
Be aware…do not order. I’ve yet to contact PayPal re issue and payment. SP.
