I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. I received the wrong item, and when I tried to resolve the issue, I found the customer service unhelpful and unresponsive. My emails and calls were not answered, which made the situation frustrating. I expected a more professional and supportive approach in handling the mistake.

This response doesn’t accurately reflect what happened.
I ordered 1,000 clear cups specifically to suit my business needs. What I received were branded cups, which are not functionally identical. For a customer-facing business, this is a significant difference, not a cosmetic one.
I did not “use a large portion” and then request a refund. I used approximately 100 cups only because we had run out of stock and had no alternative, while I was actively trying to contact you. My emails and calls went unanswered, and I was left without support to resolve the issue at the time.
I was fully willing to return the remaining 900 unused cups. The items are individually packaged, and this would not have been an issue had a resolution been offered.
At no point was a proper effort made to acknowledge that the incorrect product had been sent or to arrange a replacement. Additionally, having a call ended while trying to resolve the issue was extremely unprofessional.
Under consumer law, I am entitled to receive the goods I ordered. This was not the case here.
I am simply asking for a fair resolution to a mistake that was not mine.
