My order was incorrect, missing items, a wrong item, an item I didn't even ask for. No response to several contacts I've sent no refunds against unsent items if it was known they weren't sent or out of stock...
I can't even submit the product reviews I've just been invited to send after several weeks of waiting for a better response..
On the whole it can only be a negative review I only give one star as it's not possible to give none..
I've reordered both missed, and further items from both The Puzzle Store UK, and KewbzUK and had outstanding delivery and service from both in less time than it's taken to get an invite to review items I didn't actually receive from UKCubeStore.
Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Take my advice don't shop here... They will take your cash, not bother sending you stuff, and certainly not have the courtesy to respond to feedback or problems..

I ordered several cubes and lubricant from this website. A partial order was recieved a couple of weeks late. A moyu redi cube and the lubricant never arrived. I sent numerous emails since and never even got a response.

I have had several excellent experiences with this company over the years. A quick look through my emails shows that since 2017, my orders have been processed and shipped the day after making them, and I received them the day after that. The one exception being an order I made on the 16th of April 2019 (10 days ago as of this review). Because of Easter and a member being away, it was delayed a few days. I emailed them directly to ask for an update, and even though I wasn't expecting anything, I got a polite response got a fantastic little 3x3 keyring for free to make up for my wait!
People here seem to have had bad experiences, but I couldn't recommend them more.

Recently ordered a Giiker i3s, they included a FREE ghost floppy cube as it was for my birthday. Came in 4 days, and was the cheapest one I could find both UK and Lightake!!!

Will defo order again

Overall a nice experience
The delivery time was 1 and a half weeks, pretty good cosidering that I live in Germany. Also when it came it was very sweet that he added an MF3RS for free :)

Delivery was very fast and all items were very well packaged, all items were in perfect condition , will definitely be ordering from them again.

The website boasts about a 3-4 day shipping time. It took me more than 2 weeks to receive my items and one of the items wasn't the colour I ordered. I tried to contact them via the 2 e-mail addresses I could find, but never received any answer. The only redeeming quality this store had is that it's the cheapest store for people living in Europe.

I am not ordering from this site again.

Most of my order arrived (within 4 days) but there was a cube missing. I politely emailed and asked if this item was out of stock or whether it had been missed from my order and as many others have experienced I received no response. I have emailed another couple of times since and still no response and no cube.
Very unreliable and unprofessional company, i buy a lot of cubes and accessories and i will never use this site again - just wish i had seen these reviews before wasting my money

This is my go to store for all my cubing needs. Ordered from here numerous times, all cubes came 2 days later. Brand new and as expected. Email confirmation for both the order and dispatch. Cubes as stated on the website are £1 - £2 cheaper than other stores and in some cases a massive £5 cheaper. I've ordered from 4 different UK speedcube stores and this is by far the best of the lot.

Don't buy from this company. Ordered something for my son, it did not turn up, complained at least three times with no reply. You can't even post a review on their site. It's a rip off.

I'll return to the endless slaughtering of this company...lol. I ordered a cube carrying bag on 11th Dec and a 3x3 cube on 14th Dec. When ordering the first item, I asked if the item would be delivered by Xmas. I was assured that all items were in stock and not imported from overseas, and items should be received in two working days (delivered by first class mail). Neither item has been received and I've now had to buy from elsewhere, as these items were Xmas presents. Judging by previous posts, I'll be lucky to ever receive the items, and if I do they'll be the wrong ones! Oh well, live and learn ... please don't buy from this 'company.

Let me end the trend of slaughtering this company.

Yeah the first class thing is a bit annoying. 4 working days wasn’t too bad but I’d hardly call that first class. If you’re even vaguely patient this is no time at all

Second minor was the three cube stands (costing 49p each) weren’t delivered.

Pros: they more than made up for it with 3 free cube bags, 2 free mini cubes and 2 free cool puzzle toy things.
Also the 4 cubes I ordered were 100% brand new and in perfect condition. They even sent me the mixup cube with traditional colours. And I know many other stores have been critised for sending the version with the pale colour scheme.

All in all i’m a very happy customer.

I ordered a couple of Cubes worth £56 plus £4 postage from UKCubeStore 10 days ago. The estimate on delivery was 1-2 days which was great as these were a gift for someone.

Since then I've emailed the Paypal address which is the same as the contact email address listed on the website multiple times and I've also filled in the "contact" fields on the website multiple times. There has been no response to any of my communications at all and I've always been polite.

I question if this store holds any stock or do they just import the cubes to order, effectively becoming the middleman and creaming off the top line for little work. That would definitely explain why myself and most of the other reviewers here and on other forums have very long waiting times (if the product ever turns up at all).

I have now filed a paypal dispute, if the items ever turn up I will return them as I've since purchased elsewhere.

Unacceptable. I paid £40 for a cube that never arrived. Emailed multiple times and had no response! Have had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. DO NOT USE. Someone shut this store down.

I ordered cubes over a month ago and haven't received them. No response from emails, no phone number to use, online contact form doesn't work - no way of getting in contact.

Ordered a Moyu Weilong GTS2, paying for first-class postage. After not arriving for a week, I send an email to the seller who does not respond, even after multiple emails. I am now having to open a PayPal dispute to try to get my money back.

I ordered two cubes a month ago, but no cubes and no response to my several e-mails or phone calls. That is not acceptable!

O got my product with next day delivery but I bought it Thursday night so I was expecting it on Saturday. Although it was 3 days late, at least it came. But I didn't get the exact product I asked for. But it was fine. They are the same apart from the colour and the model. I don't mind. There is barely any difference anyway

I ordered a 3x3, 2x2 and a bottle of Maru lube, it did not arrive after two weeks so I contacted the website and after 18 days it did arrive. They also included a free 3x3 and two cube stands+two cube bags for free due to the late delivery arrival.The 2x2 (Qiyi Qidi) was scratched and had a few dents even though it was meant to be new and unused. Furthermore, I paid an extra £2 for them to lubricate my Gan 356 Air (3x3) and it is extremely fast and smooth. Overall, I believe that although UKCubeStore did deliver my cube late, they made up for it with the free items and I am happy with the new cubes+lube. I probably will not need to order from here for a while as I have my new cubes but I don't think UKCubeStore is a bad store and I possibly may order from here again.

The ordering process was easy BUT no goods have been delivered after two weeks. First class UK post charge was added to the product. I have had no response to my query about product delivery via the website contact form. It seems that this company is happy to take the money and not to deliver the goods or contact the purchaser. I am very disappointed and would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.
