Really great company, came up with a design that really suits the aesthetic of the barn and fast install.

Initially we made a number of inquiries for the fitting of Solar Panels and Battery, the first two companies contacted, I didn't feel were too helpful and very pushy sales people. I then came across UK Energi and it was like chalk and cheese, they were so helpful from the minute I spoke to them. Harry was my initial contact and he was excellent, to be honest I wasn't too worried on the price from UK Energi, as they were addressing all my needs and were very knowledgeable and professional in all of the questions I asked.
As it turned out the price was very competitive for our system requirements.
Once the approval had come back from the grid, they then sent me a schedule with dates and what would happen next....
In just over a week Scaffolder Lee arrived and was excellent, then our panel fitters Ryan & Rich arrived the day after, along with Mannie the electrician. The whole installation was completed within the day. We also found during installation we could get an extra panel on the roof, so I went ahead and added an extra one and they came back the following day to fit this.
We have also dealt with Dan and Jen in the UK Energi Team office who were both excellent sending us the required paperwork and supporting on the Energy App.
Excellent customer service by the whole team and a job well done, no hesitation in recommending this company.

Dealt with Harry in sales who was consistently helpful and always happy to answer questions. Electrical work was carried out by Curtis, who was efficient and got everything done cleanly on the day. The roofing team were also nice lads.
Start to finish took around 7 weeks including DNO sign-off. Once the certificate came back, an install date was booked within a week. Communication throughout was reliable and clear.
System is performing well, and their pricing came in lower than competing quotes for what appeared to be at least equivalent service. Would recommend.

We had a great experience from start to finish. A special mention for Tracy, who provided a very detailed quote and for keeping me updated throughout the process. Communication was excellent all round and I would very much recommend them for a solar installation.

Right from the outset this company inspired confidence. Josh in sales was all information and no sales push. He made it easy for us to buy which we did after have one or two other quotes. Installation went like a clock with dates being agreed and then confirmed. Scaffolders were quick and on time as were the solar installers. I had a small problem related to my use of the AI function but Dan soon got this sorted out for me. Couldn't be happier.

To start your rep made me feel at ease, no pressure and explained everything well and I was impressed. After considering the offer I decided to accept and informed 2 other suppliers of my decision. On the day of installation the workmen arrived on time. They were approachable and well mannered. They tidied up after they had finished. They put the app on my phone for me. After they had gone I felt that the whole experience had gone very well.

I have had solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall installed by UK Energi. Josh was my first point of contact and has been amazing throughout the process. The entire team was highly professional and have done an amazing job. I would highly recommend them if you are considering to install solar panels at your home.

Our experience with UKEnergi for the installation of our solar panels and EV charging point has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial enquiry with Harry, it was reassuring to learn that we could achieve the system size that we wanted, despite being told otherwise by another company. He designed a perfect system for our house, explained everything to us, and patiently answered endless questions. The no pressure, non pushy sales approach was very much appreciated. The communication by this company is excellent, we were notified by Jen of the date for survey, and then scaffold erection and installation of the system, together with the names of the personnel undertaking the work. Everything was carried out so efficiently, to a high standard and in such a friendly manner. A big shout out to Lee and Tyler from Elite Scaffolding, for an excellent job, and likewise to our Solar system and EV charger installation team, Curtis, Tom and Connor, who again did an excellent job. All these guys were a pleasure to have working on our home. At the end of the install there was a slight problem with the battery software which was very quickly resolved by Dan. Other staff that I spoke to were Dan and Chris, and Olga in the Finance team and I hope I haven’t forgotten to mention anyone.
It is evident that great customer service is a high priority for all staff at this company, and I will be recommending UKEnergi to family, friends and colleagues who are considering installing a Solar system. Thank you everyone.

Tracy the sales lady was professional and very well knowledgeable .She reviewed all our options answering any questions or concerns we had without any hard sell.
Jen and the team were helpful they kept us informed every step of the way .Nothing as too much trouble
The installation guys ( Curtis and Connor) were brilliant very polite and friendly even under the terrible British weather conditions they had to face . They made sure before they left the place was clean , we were happy with everything and even helped us to understand how the app works .
Everything was well organised and went exactly to plan . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering buying solar .

Scaffolding & installation all went to an agreed plan. Little mess was encountered and any that was, was cleaned away.
Battery & inverter were nicely arranged on the outside wall. Took over half a day to install.
Was easy to communicate with the people in the office before, during and after installation.

Had a really good instalation experience with UK Energi, from start to finish.
All, from sales rep, scafolders and instalation team were timely and polite and worked hard to get their role completed on time.
So far so good and I am producing solar energy even on days of cloud cover in January/February. I think paying a little extra for a recommended SigEnergy system was worth the investment.

Josh came to provide me a quote for solar panels, he was thorough and very professional. He explained the process in details and answered all my questions. UK energi kept me informed throughout the process. The installation went really well and the guys were very professional. I would highly recommend UK energi.

Professional Service.
After researching solar and Battery options and after several quotes, we decided to go with UKENERGI who weren’t the cheapest or closest to us but were so helpful and competitively priced. And after contract agreed answered all queries we had until fitting commenced. We went for 15 Aiko 485w gen3. Sigenergy 9 battery & 6kwh inverter, & Ohme EV Charger. Then had an Assessor come and go through the process and battery placement options .
The morning of the fitting it was freezing 06.01.26 with snow and ice on roof but the lads were extremely professional and done an amazing job . The scaffolding company were really good too came the day before and 2 days after to remove. Also after fitting had an IT problem with charger and an engineer came out and fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend this company.

The whole process has been so easy and simple with support from Harry and the team, we were given all the information we needed and we are saving electric and money, even on the most cloudy and wet days.
