I called this company to make a booking for my wife's A2 level test. The gentleman was kind and very helpful and processed everything over the phone.
He helped me to get the next available afternoon appointment and also sent me confirmation email which was reassuring.

My wife was very happy with everything the staff were really nice (Glasgow branch). It was a really nice experience and the examiner was talking like a friend so it wasn't stressful or uncomfortable.

The overall experience was positive, there was clear communication and support available.
Early on, there seems to have been constant mistakes presented when getting details set at first (having the ID document type incorrect for example), so make sure to double-check and reply to the details. The response on getting these details updated is very quick.
Furthermore, with the ability to change the date, it has made it easier for me to pick an available date.
On-site (Portsmouth) was exceptionally good, kind and well-trained people and following according to Covid-19 procedures carefully.
The test (GESE Grade 5) gave a lot of freedom to talk about anything, which I think this is great since that encourages the examinee to talk about a subject they're passionate about, which keeps the examinee less from being too nervous from giving a clear answer.
I would think a way to help the test examination is to try to show coprehension of information being given from the examiner. A bit more than just like "what kind of music do you listen to" since that encouraged more of a listing of things more than a conversation that could bounce between the examiner and the examinee (which would help in fulfilling the criteria for the areas of improvements). The simplest type of questions that encourages this back-and-forth I would think of would be of "what do you think of ___" for something simple and inoffensive, although those might be suited as follow-up questions to try to form the back-and-forth.
The results came back with points for what possible areas of improvement would be needed. A small improvement on that might be some explenations what some of the areas of improvement mean (e.g. Lexis and Phonology aren't commonly known, I would also bet the same for well-spoken English people to not know these terms), it would help clarify where the examinee would need to improve without needing to look up wikipedia articles and get even more lost from there.

Staff was very helpful and kind in king cross centre and guide me with detail.
They were following coronavirus restrictions and cleaning office.
Examiner was a helpful lady with smiley face and she guide me about examination and she discussed topic with detail.

Excellent test centre in Birmingham, the staff were friendly, helpful and very polite. The building were very clean and there were spray and hand sanitizer in every Corner of the building. I gave my test through zoom chat which is very sensible and safer way. I can go on and on. All I can say I had best experience and expectations from this test centre , I would really recommend them 😁
