From my initial contact, it was followed by a very prompt, free call out assessment, leading to the speedy installation of a chosen replacement boiler.

I found all the team members to be friendly, polite, highly knowledgable, very professional and respectful of my home, leaving it clean and tidy just as they found it.
I know have a quiet, highly efficient boiler taking care of my needs, all at a very competitive price.
I fully recommend the UK Gas Group to anyone who needs a new boiler expertly installed, quickly, cleanly and with minimum disruption.

Good experience with their phone team & could get a guy out the next day with a timeslot that suited.

Called me within minutes of booking to arrange.

Don’t use them if you actually want something fixed. They seem only interested in the extortionate call out charge, but then don’t come back to finish the job. I’ve messaged and rung multiple times form em to come back, but they just keep ignoring me. I wish I’d gone with someone else now.

Emergency Call Out / Replacement Boiler.

Only gas engineer who could come out at short notice (5th Call Made) on a Friday afternoon to find a gas leak (gas had been capped at the meter that morning).

Found the fault in the boiler and fitted a new boiler on the Monday. 5*

Professional service. Leighton and teammates removed my old water tank and replaced the new combi boiler in speedy progress and importantly with reasonable price. They deliberated super job.

Arrived nice and early, and did an efficient job with the boiler servicing.

Liam is an experienced, helpful and proficient heating boiler engineer. The service he provided in fitting my new boiler was very good. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend his

Gave confidence to the assessment of the problem, but it was hugely expensive. This lead me to make alternative arrangements for a final fix which was also too large to deal with currently.

Even though it was late on, on a Saturday night at about 10 o'clock Liam quickly and efficiently discounted and removed our front room gas fire to capture the fully grown woodpigeon that had fall down the chimney and was trapped behind the fire. The fire was refitted, safety checks done and advise given, all completed within an hour. £160 charge for an emergency callout at the weekend compared to other quotes was very reasonable.

Needed a kitchen tap changing. As usual great service from the guys. Look no further.

The engineer Liam was prompt efficient and gave good advice.
