We completely understand that our offer was not at a level you were prepared to accept, and we appreciate that selling a property is a significant decision.
As discussed, the property has been openly marketed since April and, despite being reduced a month ago to the asking price of £90,000, you have experienced limited interest and have not received an offer at that level.
As explained to you, the market value of a property is based on what a potential buyer would reasonably be willing to pay for the property, in the current market. With this in mind, it would not be possible to determine the market value as being above £90,000, particularly as the property has not sold at that price despite being marketed accordingly.
Our offer was therefore based on what we believe to be a realistic and achievable market value in the current conditions, rather than simply a percentage of the asking price.
We appreciate our offer may not be suitable for everyone and completely understand your decision to continue marketing the property. We wish you all the best with the sale and hope you achieve the price you are looking for.

They are honest and trustworthy about the pricing of the houses and if you are happy with the price the process is as stress free as it can be when moving homes
Our last sale was missing a few key documents (our responsibility) however Steve at UKhomebuyers”rolled his sleeves up “ and between us sourced them and continued to completion
On a personal note during the conveyancing my father passed away and I would like to thank Steve and Lauren for the compassion they showed towards me during this time

I was let down the last minute on my house sale and i reached out to uk homebuyers to sell my house for cash. They have been absolutely amazing especially Steve he was true to his word and stuck to the price he offered me on his first visit.
