Friendly and professional advisor, Declan, who was unjudemental and showed empathy regarding the situation that life events had pushed me into. During the process his colleagues who did background checks with creditors were also friendly when bringing me in on calls to authorise creditors to speak with them.

Quick and supportive staff. I was shocked about how little actually goes to the creditors compared to how much goes to keeping and maintaining the iva but that's normal. Obviously I wouldn't recommend taking out an iva unless it is a last resort but I received excellent service setting it up.
