Very easy website to navigate through. Instructions clear over how to validate account and set up a property alert. Received an email advising me of no activity against property I had set alert on, which was reassuring and feel confident if this situation changes I will receive an alert. Thank you

Once I had signed in and created a new password it was easy to setup and amend my properties. Good service.

After holding on for 58mins, I finally got to speak with someone. Your representative was helpful and courteous to deal with, however he was to provide a telephone number in the subsequent email sent but unfortunately the number was not provided.

Charged £24.99 for a service which is free from HM Land Registry, with no difference in ease of access or form filling. This company’s address is similar to the official HM land registry. My mistake was typing Land register rather than the correct HM Land registry - into the search engine two letters different. Even so they sent an email promising action within 1 working day - this did not happen. This is an unnecessary payment- the service of property alert is free from HM Landregistry.

I wanted to monitor a property but it’s listed as unavailable as the database postal address doesn’t match.

I also wanted to monitor a property in Scotland but now realise that the service only covers England and Wales.

When registering for the service was sent an email containing both username and password. This is very bad practice for IT security. The password can be changed at first login, however passwords should not be sent by email along with usernames.

Good information was given.
Listened to my queries and resolved both during my call.

The address unrecognised. Title No. had to be found to register. Took longer than necessary. My daughter's address was not even found.

This was a straightforward process and one feels it is an important security measure.

Why, why does it have to be so difficult to access protection for my own property?

UKLandRegister is set up to look like the official Land Registry website - but it is not. You are paying for a service which is free from the official UKLR website.
When I realised my error in registering, I couldn't cancel my credit card payment immediately. So I sent an email to the company using the information clearly provided on the website. The company has a 14-day cooling-off period. I was hopeful of a response from the company concerning cancellation and a refund.
When I heard nothing after 14 days, I disputed the charge with my credit card provider and obtained an immediate refund.
