UKloupes Reviews

Amazing service - thank you. I have been so impressed how well I have been looked after by Will at UK Loupes. I have an old pair of Surgitel flip ups that needed some spare parts and repairs. Will couldn't have been more helpful in terms of emails and what's apps, then sending out exactly what I needed and when I was struggling with them, being kind enough to fit all the necessary components for me. All this for such a small sale! There are a lot of dental loupes on the market but I have found Surgitels to be such good quality but more importantly I would have not hesitation recommending UK Loupes. Such a brilliant experience - thank you so much, Chris

Great customer service and good loupes for the price. When any issues arised they always accommodated.

Ukloupes are such a lovely company with lovely affordable loupes, I was fortunate enough to win a giveaway for some loupes and so glad I did, they’re super comfortable to wear all day and the battery lasts on them. I think they’re good quality loupes for a very good price. They’re always on hand to answer any questions and always very helpful, will definitely purchase another pair and recommend.

Really wonderful customer service from Will and Jen on purchasing FLM ergodeflection loupes. They have been very helpful and so responsive with any queries/issues. Would definitely recommend Surgitel/UK loupes!

Highly recommended for medical professionals considering to buy top notch loupes. Jen made every effort to ensure I had the best experience possible and was there to help resolve any issues. The customer support was also exceptional. Really happy with my new loupes. Thanks guys.

Great communication from the team during the process and great end product with the loupes!

Very prompt service and very knowledgeable

Excellent service. I ordered the wrong brand of battery pack for my loupes by mistake online.
William promptly contacted me , he knew from my previous order what brand I should have ordered instead. I was able to change my order to the correct brand immediately. . Hassle free and efficient. Thank you William.

I’ve had my SurgiTel loupes for years, and naturally, they sometimes need repairs. UKLoupes have always responded to my messages extremely quickly, and their service is superb. I can definitely recommend them and will continue using their services whenever needed.

Great company . Always very responsive with support and enquiries . I live about 25 minutes from the company and I lost my charger recently - because I needed a replacement urgently they made arrangements for me to pick up items from an agreed place outside of their usual working hours . I appreciate their willingness to accommodate . Very happy with my loupes too !

I love my loupes from UK loupes. They’re a great company who always respond swiftly to WhatsApp messages helping out with any issues. They’ve been so helpful in guiding the process of buying my first pair of loupes. Always provide friendly service.

I would highly recommend this company for purchasing loupes .
The service I have received over the years has always been excellent, friendly and very helpful .

I bought my UK lopues over an year ago. There are very good, economical, worth for money.
Recently the connector between light and frame, When I contacted customer care, I got quick and good response. They agreed to send attachment. Great customer service

Great loupes which have lasted me for years and are very good value for money. Customer service is always excellent too, well after I had bought my loupes.

I was apprehensive about UKLoupes as their prices are so much cheaper than other major competitors, but I am so happy with my Loupes. They were incredibly easy to get used to, needed no adjustments, and make my work so much easier - I’m actually unsure how I managed to see before. When my light shield broke they sent out a free replacement the very next day.

Excellent light. 100% better than my previous light. My clinical work has improved greatly. Great customer service. Highly recommend

Very pleased with the loupes that I received. They are great quality and the lenses were carefully adjusted to my requirements. I received excellent customer support both pre and post sale. I would highly recommend UKLoupes to any clinician who is keen to find out how magnification and good lighting can enhance clinical practice. Very pleased with my purchase

I am very pleased with the quality of Surgitel refractive loupes and light . I cant think of doing any endodontic work without it. Its high magnification is almost close to microscope.
Most importantly, post sales service is excellent.

Will and I have worked together over the weekend of the 8th and 9th. Everything was sound and would recommend.

Great communication and interaction with dental students, fantastic well priced variety of loupes available.
