They use EVRI couriers even when specifically told not to so of course the package never gets delivered leading to many hours of wasted time and stress along with lost business as i dont have the envelopes i ordered and needed, i gave plenty of time for a reputable courier to deliver (6 days) but because its EVRI it will never be seen again, they just lie about attempted deliveries, saying business closed etc when the house is a residential.
I will NEVER use ukpaper.co.uk again, their website is also shady with very limited contact information,no history of your purchases,i found a number through their ebay and they dont answer, they dont answet text messages,emails nothing.
then finally i got an email response saying they didnt know!! SURE.
I cannot for the life of me understand how ANY serious business would use EVRI, you think you are saving a few quid...YOU'RE NOT, what you are doing is destroying businesses and EVRI dont give a flying f***
I know for a fact people actively boycott businesses that use EVRI, business owners are too stupid to realise this and think they are saving money by using them,they are THE WORST COURIERS IN THE UK.
