Susan was simply fantastic, it was what i would call a very awkward/ unsual form of capital gains tax, however he was tremendous in getting it finalised and sent off. Could not recommend enough he was amazing and made the whole process easy.

Completely inexperienced and unprofessional team, an outsourced service with lack on qualified personnel giving incorrect advice, wasting time and money. Price they quote initially to what they want are two different things completely avoid

When a property may qualify for a reduced SDLT rate on the basis of dereliction, HMRC's criteria are specific, and the consequences of an incorrect filing can be significant, including penalties and interest.
As a firm regulated by the ACCA, we have a professional obligation to conduct appropriate due diligence before submitting any return on a client's behalf.
We appreciate that this was not the service model you were looking for on this occasion, and we wish you well.
