Paid for next day delivery as needed radiator for builder who is urgently replacing our broken one. Just found out at 17.05 that it has not been sent out by the courier. Waste of money paying for next day delivery! Will not be using you again

Purchased what was advertised as an…
Purchased what was advertised as an electric radiator and it came as 2 separate deliveries, days apart. I then had to fill the radiator with a protective solution and install the element and blanking plugs myself. This was not obvious on purchase.
