Very good service, I was a little worried to go ahead at first due to it being a passport, but I was given plenty of reassurance and a step by step update throughout the process. They secured the fast track appointment for me and sorted the whole process on my behalf.

Super helpful, quick and easy. Made my life a lot easier as I was struggling to book in a slot to get a new passport in time before I go away

Gabriela was my life saver last week.
After the warning on the news about passport office strikes, I was getting nowhere when trying to book an appointment at the passport office. Even for the most pricey option.
Gabi took things in hand and talked me through the whole process. I was sceptical and worried about sending her my passport. She notified me immediately once she received it and I sent through my photos online.
I was amazed that she had managed to get an appointment over the Easter Weekend and my passport arrived one week from starting the process. Easter weekend included. Top marks to Gabi.

Clearly promised in writing an urgent renewal appointment date for this Wednesday 5th, in time to fly 10th April. Paid £275 to be told that the renewal appointment was booked for April 19th. Asked for a refund and received no reply, despite the staff dealing with me clearly being at work. Was responded to (only once my earlier, unamended review here went up) assuring me I would have an earlier appointment as promised, and the passport delivered in time. I now needed only to send my expired passport (none of which had been explained to my wife previously, in fact quite the opposite). Having lost trust in the service (all of this was being conducted over WhatsApp, which at least means it is evidenced) I declined to send my passport and was then given a full refund. And was asked to amend my review, which I have. And was blamed for my experience of the service being unsatisfactory, and accused of writing a falsified review in the first instance. It's two stars, and not one, because I was given a prompt refund.

The British Passport Office kept in touch with me throughout the process and delivered the new passport in good time.

I was really worried when I found that I would have to send off both my passports for a renewal. I applied for the fast-track passport service. There were only a few locations with Passport Offices in the UK so I had to travel to a nearby city.

When I got there the queuing system was fine - you aren't allowed in before 10 minutes before your appointment. So, those with a 2pm appointment let those with a 1:30pm appointment (etc.) through first. And, when it's your turn there are only a small number of people to order themselves. There's a security check, checking in at a desk to get a number, and then waiting for your number to be called.

I did get waved in more than ten minutes before my appointment and then sent out again when I told them when my appointment was. If I do this again (hopefully not for another ten years) then I'll print out my appointment time in big letters and show them through the glass if they wave me in before 10 minutes before my appointment.

The lady at the desk was very helpful, including correcting an error on my form, and then copied and handed back my other passport. So, I wasn't left without any passport for any period of time at all.

I was expecting to get my new passport within 8 days, but I had my appointment on a Wednesday and received my passport by secure delivery the next Saturday.

This was a great service. I was kept in the loop on progress all the way through. My passport arrived exactly as promised. If you in urgent need of a passport renewal, as I was, i highly recommend.

These guys are excellent.
I dont write reviews but just had to. Literally had so much stress. Found out expired passport at last moment. They arranged same day courier at 11am to collect passport from London and take it to them in Peterborough. They managed to then get it submitted on an express submission on the same day and I got the passport 2 days later. Wow. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys really appreciate
