You were let down by the courier. The box and polystyrene looked like it had been chucked about the warehouse. Content being heavy steel, were grand.

Box distroyed wheels missing 2 & part…
Box distroyed wheels missing 2 & part of the handle. I waited all day on Sunday when they said it would be delivered & it came the next day. They reckoned they had tried to deliver day before this was the message I received but when I actually asked lady driver she told me it was first attempt. She couldn’t lift the box so obviously that is what has happened to it been dragged dropped & thrown around. Not what I expected.

I order an empty toolbox manarola, it arrives in 7 days with no parcel track, don’t know exactly why but the toolbox looks great for me and it was cheap as well. So if you want to orderd some from them , do it! You will not regret.
