No streaks left
Came early in the morning and got the job done, left sparkly and clean and no streaks left at all. Makes it look far better from the outside also.

Window cleaning service is good
Window cleaning is good, on occasion they haven't been able to access the back of the house but haven't knocked on to ask us to help with that. But on that occasion they only charged for front of house.
Usually manage to clean our windows from a distance if we're not in to assist.
If wanting to leave the service they do offer flexible options.

Good job cleaning our gutters. Worked quickly and efficiently. We had a yearly booking, and I would have preferred advance notice of when the team were turning up (hence 4 stars), but other than that all good. Customer service also very helpful. URN 50684

Wanted to take advantage of the first free clean offer after seeing that according to their website they service Gloucester only to be told that they don’t service the area. However if I’d pay for the service through the website in full then it wouldn’t be a problem by the looks!

Apologies, sometimes we have outages in certain areas but will contact you on reinstatement. Please be assured we do not take payment via our website, our only service is a free trial clean. We do not publish false offers.
Poor Service
After a promising free first clean, I signed up for cleaning every 4 weeks. From the first paid clean, the finish was poor and I repeatedly found that sills had not been cleaned. I had to get them back on more than one occasion to rectify. I have now been waiting for 2 months for the back to be cleaned after the operator could not use an open gate. In the meantime they’ve decided to clean only the front again and expect to be paid for this. Avoid!

Poor service
UKWindowClean were offering half price cleans within my area so I got into contact with them and arranged a clean. I live in a mid terrace house so in order to clean the back of the house, you’d have to go round the back. I work from home so I was in when the cleaner arrived. I saw he did all 3 windows at the front of my property but never appeared at the back. I then noticed a slip was posted through my letterbox with a charge of £10. I emailed the company and complained, they apologised and offered a 50% discount as only half the property was cleaned. I shrugged it off as it was the first time, but the following month the same happened again. I complained again, they then argued with me and told me the cleaner had cleaned both front and back windows of my property. 1 year later they have now got into contact with me chasing for £15 that I apparently owe. I have since found a reliable window cleaner who cleans better than tickling a wet brush over my windows. Would not recommend UKWindowClean

Contacted them about the free clean promotional offer, they came within a few days of the initial contract. Very happy with the end product and very competitive rates.

Sparkling windows!
We had a really excellent first clean. Some of our windows are very hard to reach, but the team did a first class job on them all and left us with sparkling, streak-free windows. The house has never looked so good!
