I do not need windows or doors and I am listed on TPS yet repeatedly called by 'David'.

The 1 star is because there’s no 0. Does anyone know how to stop them harassing me? It’s cold call after cold call.

Cold called by David yet again. With TPS but this doesn't seem to make a difference. Called again today (August bank holiday) - just relax, have a BBQ, take a walk BUT stop harassing people.

Cold called at 0830 seemed like a real person "David" but cut the call when I mentioned telephone preference service.

Introduced himself as David from Windows & Doors Ltd.
When asked where they got my number, I was told they buy them in.
I told him it needs to be deleted from all of their records & he hung up!
BLOCKED!!!!!!!

I don't appreciate cold callers that are so keen to say their script they lose the ability to listen. On the back of my experience today this is one company I will definitely not be using to replace our windows and doors. I ended the call and they rang me back, pushy young man needs to learn a lot about customer service.

Have received several unwanted cold calls from 'David' despite being ex-directory and TPS listed.

This company cold calls us at the rate of about once a fortnight. It seems to me that 'David' is using autodial software to target older people. I immediately asked him for his company's unique number on Companies House and he hung up straight away. I think we can all read between the lines here.

Just had the David cold call so ended call immediately. I never deal with companies that do this!

I've also had a cold call from 'David' at UK Windows and Doors. Also registered on TPS.
If you get one of these report it to TPS.

Repeated cold calls to a TPS registered number - so, breaking the law

Had a call from "David" from Windows and Doors LTD. When I advised him that we are a small business and rent the property, he promptly hung up on me - I was still talking to him at the time. From that response, I would never use them nor recommend them

Repeated cold calling on TPS registered landline.

Had windows and door installed at the end of 2022, had a lot of problems with instalation, windows not sealled, draft all over. Sealant already peeled off at the front window, water damage done to wall and paint work to be done.
Impossible to contact sales man, conpany number provided on their website is not in use either.

This company has left us with an unfinished door for almost six months (since 2nd June 2023) and failed to provide a guarantee for the work they actually did.

It became apparent later the evening they "completed" the work that the door hadn't been fitted properly and didn't seal sufficiently when closed.

In an attempt to get them to finish the job we've paid for, I've called them 22 times since June. We've also sent 13 unanswered text messages and one unanswered email.

For over a month now, their office phoneline has a recording telling you that they're busy, and the salesman's mobile has seemingly been permanently switched off.

On one of the few occasions they did respond, they sent a workman who began fixing the door, but said he needed to bring different tools to finish it and that he would return that Friday afternoon. He never returned.

When we chased this up with the salesman, he gave us the workman's mobile number. Evidently, making the arrangements on our behalf like an actual professional company would is apparently too much like decent customer service for UK Windows and Doors to offer.

The workman's phone too is now seemingly permanently switched off.

It's evident from this company's behavior that as soon as they have your money, they have no interest in fixing their mistakes or helping their customers.

If you're looking for a reliable company that will fit your windows and doors; that will take enough pride in their work to finish the job properly; and that will treat you with common decency and return your calls and messages... then i wholeheartedly recommend avoiding UK Windows & Doors.
