One negative, you don't sell replacement dust / waterproof caps for the charger port of the phone. Expensive elsewhere

Wireless phone charger arrived promptly and in good order.

I bought this for my wife as she prefers a compact smart phone and she only wanted a good basic model. She is very pleased with it so I also bought a KZIOCSH Flip Case from Amazon. The cost of this phone bought direct from Ulefone including postage was cheaper than Amazon.

Unfortunately not a happy review.
I have a RugKing phone that is lovely phone, everything seems to work perfectly fine... Apart from 2 things. I am completely unable to interact with notifications on lock screen, yes I turned everything on that is needed to show notifications and turned off everything that would disallow interaction with notifications on a lock screen. I cannot swipe down a top menu with WiFi, Bluetooth and other settings, in order to be able to access anything I have to unlock the phone. Notifications are coming in small parts that I do not see a full notifications only parts. I can remove notifications from a lock screen but nothing else. Also a 2nd issue is when I quickly write something it happened that instead of a letter the keyboard makes the space instead of writing a letter I pressed. Two things, I had other phones in the past and I could interact with notifications on a lock screen and access a top menu settings, to turn on or off things. Also never experienced that a phone makes a space instead of writing a letter when I write stuff quickly.

I purchased a phone online, when it arrived it was just slightly too big for my taste, the return process was easy and hassle free, but I did have to pay for the return postage. I'd definitely buy another ulefone in the future if it was right for me

Do not buy from Ulefone.co.uk. Ulefone.com may be better so if you can wait for delivery maybe order from them. My phone and my microscope camera developed faults. Initially I contacted Ulefone.com who were actually very helpful in trying to resolve. They then said I had to speak with Ulefone.co.uk as I bought from them, which is fair enough. Ulefone.co.uk took weeks to respond to any query and after asking me to send the items back (thank god I only sent the microscope back) I now have no response from them. When they did initially respond (before they asked me to return the camera) they basically said do a factory reset or contact Ulefone.com, so I don't think they have any tech support. From what I gather they are actually based in Dublin, Ireland under a company called JAV Electronics so I believe they are not UK based at all and therefore presumably you won't be covered under the UK distance selling laws.
UPDATE, and to give an example of how long things take - they responded on 14th August to advise they are sending out a replacement, bearing in mind they confirmed on 3rd July they had received the item and would inspect it.

Poor Customer Service. Charger broke with two months with no response from Ulefone.

Poor Customer Service....

So i've got a tablet Armour Pad 4 Ultra and a phone Amour 34 Pro from Ulefone. I'm happy with both of devices, however, the tablet charger stopped working within two months of ownership.

No major use with the tablet charger, probably used less than 20-30 times and it suddenly stopped working.

I contacted Ulefone straight away via their email/ticket system on their website and requested a replacement charger. One day later I was asked to provide video evidence of said charger not working. I provided a video and photos the same day via email. Unfortunately, Ulefone never replied. I sent a further email requesting an update, but again no response was received. So I now have an expensive tablet (£293) with no charger. I'd expect a better quality charger considering the price of the tablet.

I was considering buying another two tablets for my kids, however, given the lack of customer service I'm possibly going to look elsewhere.

In short, nice phone and tablet. But poor quality chargers and no customer service.

Firstly, the phone itself, a Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra is great and I love it…well, mostly.
It has every conceivable gadget on it, barometer, infra red blaster, FM radio plus loads of cameras and a huge memory, battery and charge rate. It's not only waterproof, it's pressure washer proof and it's very tough. The weight and size didn't prove to be a problem.
The only issues with the phone itself were the wireless charging is a bit hit and miss, the reverse wireless charging mostly didn't work and, the main one for me, Android Auto did not function, something I've read about as being an issue with other Ulefones.
And then the screen stopped working.
To be more accurate, the display worked but it could not detect any touches. This touch detection is known as the digitizer. I'm not alone in having this issue I've since found out
Being just a year old and having a two year warranty, I contacted the once very responsive customer service. They have not and continue to not respond to my emails and I've sent many to both the official support address and also what I believe to be their head office.
So, to summarize, a great phone but, at least in my experience, you're on your own if you have a problem with it.
Update
Around 15 days after contacting customers support they replied asking me to send the phone to them. I advised I didn't think they were going to reply so I repaired the phone myself at a cost of £90. I invited them to refund me. They offered £40 which I accepted

Stay away – do not buy from Ulefone.co.uk!

I bought a brand new Ulefone phone, and right after it arrived, it wouldn’t charge. I contacted Ulefone UK, and they told me to check whether the issue was with the charger or the cable. After checking, I confirmed that it does charge with a different charger, but the manual clearly states not to use anything other than the original Ulefone charger.

They said they would send me a new charger, which I appreciated, and I asked if they could send it as soon as possible so that I could start using my phone safely. I also asked when I might expect it to arrive. Since then – silence. It’s been nearly a week, and I’ve had no communication at all. I’ve followed up, but no one has replied, and I still haven’t received the new charger.

They simply stopped responding the moment they realised there was an issue. If this is how they handle something as small as a charger, imagine what happens if your phone develops a serious fault. Once they’ve made the sale, they clearly don’t care about after-sales support.

Very poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
