It was very easy. When my file size was too large to send in an email, I was assisted with getting the image to them. The product was produced and delivered promptly and was exactly as expected.

I have requested a mousepad with custom picture, and even though I forgot that I've sent requested picture with lower resolution (800x681), it still looks great and it's convinient to use. The colors are a bit off because the image is slightly red.

Custom print looks identical to the image I had sent in. Quality is great, material feels good on the forearms and heels of my hands. A little pricey, but overall a very nice product.

After some things going wrong with the delivery companies, the mousepad I ordered still arrived (also thanks to the online support). The mouse pad feels nice and soft and the print quality is really good.

Amazing company! Friendly staff (through e-mail), good quality images on the mousemat, the quality of the mat itself is also pretty nice, and really really cheap! (I don't think $14 for a custom-image nice quality mouse mat is expensive)

Great mouse pad fast production

I tried Zazzle, and they balked at "my design". Then I just did a random internet search and found you. Bad boom Bada bing, no fuss no muss. It arrived this morning - LMAO It's PERFECT! I'm definitely keeping you guys in my bookmarks. It could not have been a better experience. Ordered it and it arrived 11 days later. That is about as prompt as you can get this side of a food delivery.
