Excellent service, quality product and quick delivery!

This company took my order last minute for Christmas. They did AMAZING. They even confirmed the design by sending me a picture and letting me make changes if I needed too. The only thing I wish there was, was a way to compare sizes to say a mouse, or another iteam of some sort, I ordered a XL, and it was a little to big.

The thing I liked most about the service was that I received emails every step of the way. I was told when the order was received, in production, in transit, at customs and eventually on the road with a delivery agent. Wasn't sure if I'd get it before Christmas, but I did. Would use this company again with no hesitation.

It was great service. I was told that it was impossible to get my desk mat before christmas but somehow it arrived the night before just in the nick of time! I loved how the mat turned out and my friend was ecstatic about it. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Website easy to navigate, products comprehensively explained and all aspects simple to understand, purchase a breeze. Post purchase communication excellent and fast responses when required. Delivery within timeframe promised, product in perfect working order and worked as advertised and expected. Given the custom aspect of the product I purchased, a choice over where the RGB switch and USB connection were located would have been optimal but, not prohibitive to the enjoyment of the product. Great overall experience. The prices was a steal for sure. The team felt like actual people and not automated responses. I was lucky to get free shipping, and they were surprisingly fast (10 days from purchase to delivery). The customizability is surprisingly large. The print quality and the mousepad was just awsome, no doubt there. Can 100% recommend.

The Mousepad, although larger than my own desk, is INCREDIBLE! The quality is really high, for my expectations. The prices are also VERY reasonable, with such quality i would definetly pay the extra bucks if they were to raise the price! The print is really well made, and the support is absolutely amazing. Though, the one downside was that it took longer to deliver. But for such quality, i'm willing to wait a month or two. It is absolutely recommended on my side.

I wanted a mouse mat for my dad with a picture of his old school on it. Jordan at Ultimate kept in touch with me by email, showing me various designs that featured the picture I had supplied and making any alterations I suggested.
The mat arrived in perfect condition, and it is clearly a quality product. Dad is thrilled with it, and looks forward to giving it plenty of use!

Very easy process and helped with the cropping of my photo to give it a better look. I really appreciated them sending a preview and asked for any corrections before proceeding. the mat is very beautiful, and looks high quality.

Great communication, fast delivery, great product!

I spent a month putting together images and then sent it in to be printed/made. It arrived and looked exactly as I'd made it. The mat feels great and looks perfect.
