This must be a scam! My review is exactly the same experience as the previous person. Ordered item on Saturday, no update, couldn’t access website due to its ultra slow processing time. Without saying a word my order was refunded again this morning? I wonder if they do this on everyone’s transaction and make money on the interest earned over how many days x many transactions. I don’t think this company are genuinely selling products. I emailed the company to find out about my order but then realised they had already refunded it prior to my contacting them???? Has to be a SCAM!

If you can even use the Ultimate Kids website (it's so slow it usually times out) then don't bother ordering as the company shows a 1-2 working day SLA but Ultimate Kids didn't send my order for 5 working days after which no visible attempt at delivery was made. If you try to call Ultimate Kids you usually get a pre-recorded message saying that it's quicker to use email as you will get an immediate response. You don't. More than 24 hours passed and no response from them. Finally got through on the phone.

When I spoke with Ultimate Kids the company claimed it's a Royal Mail mess up, that Royal Mail had tried to deliver but sent it back to their local sorting office which was over the road from Ultimate Kids. Still, they wouldn't go over to find out and would not provide me with the Royal Mail Tracking details so that I could follow up with Royal Mail instead insisting they could only refund even though I still wanted the item.

They did issue the refund straight away, but the experience was poor all around and not worth the effort.
