DON'T RISK BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

THEY advertise "everything" but don't actually have it! They push your order to another and make money off you! Then, when they can't get it or make money off their advertised, incorrect (falsely low) price they they'll gladly take your money and hold it before cancelling you days later. They just play shell games with products, mark it up and have someone else fulfill the product shipping!!!
What happened to me you ask??
--I ordered an in stock product that other retailers didn't have but supposedly UO had it... Well it cost over $100 for a simple little ledger book --but I needed it bad... They took my order, my money and then after 3 days I get a "cancellation" in my email with no explanation.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY FOR PRODUCTS YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE!! What? no inventory control. Makes you look TERRIBLE AND HURTS MY BUSNIESS.

Never again. What you do should be illegal.

Do not order from this company. I ordered Organizer Packets in August. I just received them today, November 21st. I was told multiple times they were in the mail. I understand they were out of them and were waiting to get more but there was no communication from the company. Poor customer service!

Like the idea that we didn’t need to buy folders and could just attach to our already owned hanging folders.

Items came on time. Quality stuff.

Products are wonderful and would rate 5 stars. But the service was lacking. I received only part of my order, with nothing on the paperwork indicating that it was a partial shipment -- in fact, the paperwork showed everything I ordered. When I called, I learned that what I ordered had been out of stock. It was shipped when promised, but it would have been nice to have been told that it was a partial order without having to call.

Item came and is in great shape no problems

My online order was complete and arrived as scheduled. I had absolutely no problems and will order again from Ultimate Office.

I put in an order without having full knowledge or confidence with my selection. I received a call from a company representative checking on my order because I forgot to add the freight. My order seemed a little odd so the representative asked what my intent was. After finding out my needs the representative took the time to provide necessary details for my situation and made other suggestions. I am happy with the service they provided and quick delivery of my order.

Quality is wonderful. Everything arrived as expected. Customer service personnel are tops.

without being so crowed on my desk. Everything has its place and looks really nice once things are put away.

I really love the pocket display. It frees up my desk and still displays the information others need when they are in the front office at the school. Delivery is fast also.

Love my wall reference. Came on time and no ordering or delivery issues.

A little disappointed that we had to wait three months for backorder. But the items are great quality.

The length of time from order time to delivery is too long.
