Worked as intended. Plug and play was successful and directions were good. Hardest part was getting to the connector and unplugging it, but once you got it figured out, it’s easy.

Super easy to install. In 2023 Silverado 1500 there are two violet/purple connectors. It's the darker one that needs to be removed as per instructions. Lights work great. Takes some getting us... Toon meer

Easy to intall
Easy to intall, works great. Just wish it would include the marker lights so the top cab lights and mirrow lights would strobe as well.

Don’t expect customer service. Go find it elsewhere!
Was told by you guys it would fit and was a direct replacement, only to get the light and didn’t work. Then made me pay $100 to ship the box back to you when this was direct shipped from the manufacturer you purchased it from. Poor presale, poor follow up after sales, and horrible RMA process. I would never buy another product from you guys again.

Thank you for your review. I took a look at the messages and emails between you and our customer service team to see what occurred. We asked our Feniex Representative if the items that you ordered would fit and he confirmed that they would fit based on the measurements that you gave him. When you contacted us and said that the light would not fit and sent us pictures of your installation, our Feniex Representative again said that the light should fit in the spot that you wanted to install it in. Since the spot was not measured by one of our employees, and we did not place the order for the incorrect size we are not able to send a return label.
Great experience!
Customer service was great! Had an issue with my z-flash but Tyler was great in getting an exchange done. He was in constant communication with me.
Everything works good and we are very happy!

Displeased with customer service
I installed a z flash and it had no power, after going back and forth in a chat I was told I would receive a call days ago, still no call. So I went to drive the truck 2019 f250 and it would not shift. I found that somehow a fuse blew after the installation. I removed the z flash and changed the fuse but still no call. One of the plugs has a broken lever. I'm not sure if I should get a replacement or return it.

You can send the product back for a refund or a replacement. It is up to you since it has been less than (30) days

Thank you for your review! The outputs on the Z-Flash LCM can have surface mount lights wired up to them but a lightbar draws too much power. If you like, you can hardwire the Z-Flash to a light controller and then use that to control the Z-Flash and the lightbar. We appreciate your business!
