Leider passte die Beschreibung nicht zum Gerät, sodass ich mir Support auf der Webseite ultrasport.net holen wollte. Da kommt ein 403 Fehler. Das Gerät an sich ist in Ordnung, aber ein Hersteller, der nicht erreichbar ist? Geht gar nicht, sorry...

Rubbish customer service. Just like another reviewer I have a problem with an F-Bike. The electronic display won't function. Amazon the supplier do not want to know as it is out of warranty so I contacted Ultrasport. They initially said they would send one foc even though I was prepared to buy it. Nothing materialised despite many emails - no communication after they asked for my address. Really Poor and would suggest you look elsewhere.

My F-bike strap snapped and I contacted Ultrasport asking about a replacement. Initially it seemed very promising; the service rep said they'd send one out right away and asked for my address. Over the course of the next 2 months and multiple emails the rep became more evasive, using excuses about problems in the warehouse. Now my emails are being ignored. It's a shame as the F-bike is a good product when it works, but on the plus side this has motivated me to take up running again.

Kein Kundenservice, keine Telefonnummer und kein website. Hersteller hat keine davon.
Wenn Geräte ist kaputt dann Schluss, bei mir nach 3 Monaten war der Fall.
Weniger weg davon.

Das Teil eines Geräts war bei Lieferung verbogen. Service telefonisch nicht erreichbar und auch auf 2 emails keine Antwort erhalten. Keine Empfehlung.

Bought the F-Bike from Amazon. Great piece of kit but it developed a fault. Contacted Ultrasport via email on a Saturday and got a very quick and helpful reply within an hour! I responded to them the next day (Sunday) providing answers to their reasonable questions. When I opened my mailbox early on the Monday morning there was already a response from Ultrasport saying they had arranged for a brand new replacement product to be shipped out. That is what real customer service looks like. A massive thank you from me to them for making the process so easy. If only this was the standard for all customer service.

F-bike. I am satisfied that the F-bike meets my needs, it is sturdy and comfortable, the difference between the 8 resistance levels aren’t significant but that doesn’t matter to me, I knew that was the case before I made the purchase. Ultrasport demonstrated fantastic customer service by providing me with replacement parts for my F- bike which I bought 2nd hand. The parts arrived promptly and it’s good to know that the company will look after it’s customers and it’s products.

I bought an Ultrasport Arm-Legtrainer Mini Bike MB 100 in December 2020 and it was perfect for my fitness regime. Unfortunately, in May 2022 I noticed that the Rear Support Bar (the longest Support Bar) plastic has split down the centre from top to bottom, even though I had conformed strictly to the Environmental Requirements for use. I e-mailed Ultrasport.net on Sunday 8th May 2022, attaching my Proof of Purchase and Receipt, and asking if they could send me the replacement part for my Mini Bike. I had a lovely reply on 9th May 2022, promising that a new part would be sent within one to two weeks. It arrived from Germany on 16th May 2022. I am so impressed with Ultrasport's customer service and highly recommend them.

Had a minor problem with the plastic pedal strap on my F-Bike splitting. I had a replacement delivered from Germany inside a week. Brilliant service and a great product too. Thank you Putzki and Ultrasport.

I really can’t grumble at all I’ve had the bike for 2 years the screen started to play up around the 6 months mark, I didn’t think to message but it finally broke recently.

I sent an email with my product number, model number which is on the bottom of the Bike on a Monday and they had a new computer display delivered from Germany by the Thursday. Really amazing company and friendly customer service by Putzki & Ultrasport. Highly recommend.

Bike has issues after only 2 months usage.
Been weeks no reply from support. Last chance before official legal complaint will be filled for not offering support which is a MANDATORY EU requirement for product commercialisation so their products might be banned.

Da muss ich einfach wirklich 5 Sterne vergeben. Wir haben bei einer Ersatzteillieferung erst nach einem halben Jahr festgestellt, dass diese unvollständig gewesen ist. Dennoch wurde uns völlig unkompliziert die Ware nachgereicht. Das hätte ich ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartet.

Schon bei der Bestellung ist die Ware nicht lieferbar gewesen gemäss Online Shop, habe auf meine E-Mail rasch eine leider schlechte Antwort erhalten, dass diese aktuell wirklich nicht verfügbar seien. Ohne Nachzufragen wurden wir nach ca. 3 Monaten von der Firma benachrichtigt, dass diese jetzt verfügbar ist.

Ich habe über Amazon eine Hantelbank betellt.
Geliefert werden sollte binnen einer Woche.
Nach 2 Wochen wurde eine DHL Paketnummer angegeben, die nicht gestimmt hat.
Auf Emails wurde nicht reagiert, tel. war niemand erreichbar.
Ohne A-Z Garantie bei Amazon hätte ich vermutlich weder die Bank noch mein Geld wieder gesehen.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

He comprado una bicicleta estática que vendían a través de Amazon. Ponía que había dos en stock, compro y cuando me pasa a la pantalla de comprado me sale un mensaje de que ya me avisarán cuando tengan en stock y la unica solución es comprar el mismo articulo pero más caro. Totalmente engañoso.
