UltraStrands is light, breathable, and versatile and ensures an entirely natural look and feel for the wearer. Hair can be washed, coloured and scalp treated whilst installed and systems are available in a variety of custom colours, lengths and textures. As the lightest hair integration system created in the UK, UltraStrands differs from other systems that are heavy and inflexible. Many clients had raised concerns about alternative systems which they likened to wearing a wig or hat. They also noted the detrimental impact such systems had on their natural hair and scalp which resulted in them losing even more hair. UltraStrands addresses these issues and is kind to client’s scalp and natural hair.

I received my ultrastrands in July 2023.
I've had it nearly a year now and it is still going strong.
I love the fact that I can get up in a morning ,brush it and go to work without having to mess about.
The only downside is they have got that busy I can't get a new one for 6 months so I am having to go elsewhere.
I left a review on 22 May 2023. Having now experience with 2 Ultrastrand pieces I would be reluctant to recommend the system as the hair starts to shed after 4 weeks. I have used recommended shampoos,conditioner, and detanglers, brush and silk pillow. This is my second hair piece which I had attached by one of your professionally trained salons in Northern Ireland on 20th October 2023. Since then I have had it washed 6 times by the salon and in between times I use a dry shampoo if needed. It is now noticeably bare especially on top which is where I most needed it. This is a very costly system at £1200 when it only lasts for under 4 months. I write this so anyone considering going for Ultrastrands takes into consideration the cost of the piece and maintenance costs for a year which will add up to well over £4800.
Ultrastrands is very costly for what you get and I will be looking for alternative solutions.
I don't usually write reviews but I think that the person that left a bad review is not being honest. I find Ultrastrands a fantastic solution for thinning hair, alopecia and especially for female pattern baldness which I have. I have Ultrastrands done with a very professional hair salon who offer different solutions for this problem. Last November I tried Ultrastrands after trying other hair solutions and I find Ultrastrands so light and easy to manage. In my opinion it is the best one yet. No one would know I have it as it blends so well into my own hair and also the fact that some of your own hair can be pulled through to blend in. I hope that this review will help more people like me who try to research the internet for solutions and honest reviews. I highly recommend Ultrastrands.

This company is 100% a scam. Online presence started during 1st lockdown was to ripoff as many people as possible. Their idea of"systems" are horrendous and thats just from researching the application methods. The "training" is beyond ridiculous, only a true con artist would put their face on the front of this company. I never received any "training goods" and have decided to cut my losses of £350, asking for and fighting for my money back from the bank. Unlike any other companies out there, they do not offer any monies back should you decide to cancel the same day.
It is now my responsibility to warn anyone considering a career in hairloss, STAY AWAY from this company. They are not a registered buisness with Companies house , they started online presence during the 1st pandemic, to simply pretend they have this hair system, and no real training services or goods at all. Clara herself is a typical female scam artist caring for women are not part of her agenda at all, if someone isnt happy after signing up, a good company would offer fees to return, this was never the case. And the fact that the "training" goods were never sent out. Confirms that it truly is a fake company, going after public people for little lumps of cash.

Firstly thank you for taking the time to write a review. There must have been a compelling reason for you to do so.
We have checked our records and are unable to locate you as an approved salon and therefore find your statements very strange. Nevertheless for the sake of individuals who read your review it is only apt for us to respond and point out what we believe to be true.
UltraStrands is a brand name of a hair system which has been in existence since 2018 and has provided hair loss solutions to many individuals within the U.K and US. Our training course for salons has been available since 2019 and we have trained many salons in its application and maintenance. Our training courses have received 5 star reviews from those that have attended which is not just an online training but also includes one to one sessions and master classes.
Upon signing there is a money back guarantee which is afforded in the event a person decides not to go ahead with the training. It is as simple as sending an email to us within a specified period of time. To date we have not received an email to that effect from anyone who has signed up to our training.
We have loyal professional salon owners who put their clients at the forefront of what they do who would not climb on board a company that did not deliver on requirements. We are confident that any such salon can be contacted for their own personal opinions of our companies.
We are a company that believes in a fair and considered approach to all we do and definitely do not wish to have anyone on board that does not believe our products and services can make a difference to them and others.
