Ordered 3 t shirts 2 years ago. Still great.
Ordered 3 more 3 months ago - big drop in quality.
Tried to send them back. As a EU citizen, I had 14 days to do so. I sent them to the adres provided in the slip.
After sending it, I got an email saying 'but you had to put the slip in the return package'
If there are specific instructions that a customer has to follow in order to send an item back, maybe state so on the freaking slip?
I'd never even know about the freaking slip if I did not write to them myself.
I've returned hundreds of items. This is the only time EVER when apparently receiver couldn't be found.
They're complicating the return process on purpose.
Because, if they really wanted you to include a small piece of paper in your return package. IT SHOULD BE WRITTEN SOMEWHERE, RIGHT?
And someone has to open the freaking package to see it anyway. and if they did, you're really telling me, no one knows a buissiness next door? sure

Good quality. Fast delivery (in EU 2-3 work days). It's fine, 20 usd for tshirt is fair price.

Bought multiple shirts from them (7 at the time i'm writing this review)
I was scared at first of the quality but I got really surprised (In a good way).
I def recommend it.

quality feels very good, size was good(i bought baggy T-shirts which makes sizing easier and less important) and shipping was easy(to sweden, Europe). Designs are alright, but lowk the proportions on the characters some times look off, for example the length of the legs.

Received an unwearable shirt (S size that looks like it could be a L or XL). I tried contacting customer service 3 times over the course of one month to try and return it, but I didn't receive a single answer. Extremely disappointing experience. The design is cool, but I can't wear it and can't get my money back.

What's not to like about this place? They have new designs for their products weekly so you have ample opportunities to find something you like. They have frequent sale offers and discounts. The printing quality of their shirts is also grand and multiple shirts have stood firm against multiple passes through the laundry.

Big W, definitely order a size bigger (imo). There should be more with prints only on the back or simple front with complex back. The ones that do are amazing jus like the other design, but im not a huge fan of the front prints, THOUGH i love the shirts and the prints and would deff order again, i already went back to gift some

Got a Halloween shirt from these guys, came in clean and just as pictured. It was good enough of a buy to instantly pick up a nice looking spring shirt they released recently.

This is my second purchase from this store. I was quite satisfied with the overall quality of my first purchase, although the shipping was a little slow. However, the product itself was quite good, so I decided to repurchase
However, the experience of this second purchase was significantly worse. The quality felt noticeably lower than the first time; the details and workmanship weren't as good, which disappointed me
I hope the seller can maintain more consistent product quality control in the future, avoiding such large differences in quality for the same product. Overall, the service was acceptable, but I'm more concerned about maintaining consistent quality.

Regarding the printing quality, I think it's quite good; the pattern is clear and the overall effect is satisfactory
However, the price is indeed a bit high, and for this price range, the cost-effectiveness isn't very high. If the price could be lowered slightly in the future, it would be more attractive
Furthermore, the customer service attitude and communication style could be improved. Their responses weren't proactive enough, resulting in a mediocre experience. I hope they can improve their service in the future

I recently purchased a shirt and, overall, the quality didn’t really meet my expectations. The fabric and overall feel were just a bit lower than I expected for the price.

That said, the print quality is actually very good — the design looks sharp and the colors are nice and clear.

If the material and stitching could be improved, this would be a really great product. I’d be happy to give it a higher rating next time

I really like some of their designs, i ordered 4-5 tshirts between 2020 and 2025, they're a reliable clothing company. Print quality is good and shirts are durable, the only problem is the thin cotton, feels a little cheap compared to what i'm used to and not so soft. I'd like it to be a little bit thicker for the price. Also, it's not clear how to leave a review on their website and some designs are only available for a short time or for "premium" accounts, which is rather annoying. I really hope they can improve a little, and i'd love to see more cyberpunk and horror designs. 4/5 overall.

Shirts are okay, the problem is customer support, Received my order 11/24, contacted them several times for a return to no reply first starting in December 3rd. Stay away from this company!

Ich kann mich nicht Beschweren.
Zum einen dafür, dass bei mir alle Bestellungen frühzeitig ankamen, zum anderen waren die T Shirts, dafür das die in China oder so gemacht werden und billig sind, sehr gut.
Auch gefallen mir die Design und auch die Angebote die es manchmal gibt wie z.b. Buy 2 get 2 Free.
Anfangs haben mir die Bewertungen Sorgen gemacht, aber bei denen ging es dann eher darum das es lange dauerteodrr Versand Probleme gab, sowas ist tatsächlich bis jetzt bei mir noch nicht vorgekommen.

Love the shirt prints, they look awesome. Many people complain about the fabric being too thin, I disagree with them.

The price is high, as many people have said, but this is always going to be the case of prints of this quality produced in small amounts!

The price is good for the quality. I have many of their products now and have received help from the great customer service.

Designs are absolutely GORGEOUS. I ordered from Umai because I loved their designs.
The order arrived after 3 weeks which is normal, considering it was international shipping.
Fabric is actually good but print quality is mediocre. Details of some more complex designs appear blurry and I’m a bit concerned about durability of prints.
My biggest complaint is that there’s no sizing guide on Umai website and customer service only told me “it’s based on US sizes”. As a European, I don’t know standard US sizes and I ended up searching on eBay if someone posted actual measurements (what I found was slightly different from what I received, so choosing size was a gamble). I have to admit, the email customer service was really nice and responsive, just couldn’t help with what they don’t have. However, my comment on their Instagram (I tried to comment before emailing) in which I asked about sizing guide and mentioned my troubles finding sizes was hidden. I always try to be polite in my comments, so I think this is very unprofessional behavior from the person managing Umai Instagram. Hiding public customer feedback that definitely wasn’t rude or disrespectful is a red flag to me.

I'm leaving 3 stars because while t-shirts may be a bit overpriced for the quality, I still like them. However, not having a size guide and hiding comments asking for one is ridiculous and creates a bad customer experience.

Never delivered. Said there was an 'unsuccesful attempt' when I was home all day that date, and sent the package to Latvia for some reason. I live in the Netherlands.

The shirts are all amazing quality and have great print quality. I had bought one shirt and after seeing the quality I bought four more. The designs are very nice and worth the money. The shirts are 100% cotton which I personally like a lot. The designs and print is good material and not some cheap plasticky material like a lot of online products.
