My experience have been positive with Lina. She is always helpful, patience as well as friendly.

I was redirected to uMarketPro from a 3rd party website, and when I called to ask them about their affiliation to the 3rd party, the uMarketPro onboarding team told me that they had absolutely no affiliation to them. I told the team that doesn't make sense, and why would anyone advertise to a website that they have no affiliation with. The agent asked me to hold while he spoke to his manager. The manager then told me to call customer support, which I proceeded to do.

While speaking to the customer support team, when I asked the same question, the agent begun explaining the same story, and gave the same answer. This still did not explain the situation, and asked to speak to a manager. The agent went and spoke to the manager, and immediately came back to tell me she cannot speak anymore on this matter, because I have not funded my account yet, and I have to speak to onboarding. I told her that onboarding sent me to customer support, to which she placed me on hold, and then my line was redirected, and rang for several minutes before I hung up the call.

This is HIGHLY suspicious and questionable behaviour from uMarketPro. I would stay far away, there is something sketchy going on.

It was a very seamless registration process. And I am grateful to have Hector Van Leer as my account manager. He is really making my life easier with trading on the platform.

After 4 days I've made R1300 and my account manager Kevin is very helpful. He is always available and provides me with guidance and informational videos to study. Very patient and so far so good!

I stumbled upon this and it has been a positive experience in every way. I have had kind and meaningful guidance in every way. I have learnt a lot and trading is now a highlight of my day. I started cautiously and am becoming more and more confident everyday. As a bonus - I am starting to make MONEY !

The people are very helpful and always carry your best interest at heart.

It was great learning about the process. There were some exciting moments and some disappointments. But that's the nature of the process. Hector my guide has been great in this process

I am the beginner, still learning about trading, however so far so good, been assisted all the way

It felt good to be introduced to trading via forex, being assured that this is the "kindergarten of trading school." Sometime between phone calls with my coach, Mike, I saw an opportunity to take a nice profit. That was a feel good occasion. I was unsure whether Mike would approve. Well, he did. Yay! But I am suspicious of feelings. They can lead me into folly. And meanwhile a couple of the other positions I have been advised into are bleeding. I am presuming that, with forex, one must just be patient, and all will come right. And meanwhile I have been studying some of the indicators. MACD looks good. So far the coach has nudged me into the market, but I look forward to going in when some indicators are pointing the way. I gave 4 stars because I am determined to be cautious, but there is a little niggle that I might be hustled.
