A girl named Malaika owes me £900. No booking was ever made despite taking the money. She is still answering calls and continues to scam people using the name of Umrah.
Please be very careful and do not trust or deal with her.

I had an outstanding experience with Umrah Insights, thanks to Aliza Khan. She expertly managed all aspects of the trip. Firstly, i wasn't convinced about the company but she assured me that the company is ATOL protected. She arranged hotel accommodations in Medina, Makkah, and Dubai, as well as very good transportation. The hotels were conveniently located near the Haram and included an excellent breakfast. It was direct flights with Saudi airline Aliza's attention to detail and dedication truly enhanced our pilgrimage. I highly recommend Umrah Insights and especially commend Aliza Khan for her outstanding support." When ever we wanted any advice she was like available 24/7.
Overall it was an excellent package by Umrah Insights with the help of Aliza Khan . May Allah swt reward them for thier efforts for making this a memorable journey🙏❤️

Scammers and fraud beware of the two girl, Malika n the other one. Bunch of 3 idiots who are literally putting on fake reviews and scamming most of the people from UK.
Don’t trust them with your pennies.

I am happy with the way everything has been sorted out for me by Aliza. One issue was occurred for hotel where we have wasted 5hours however this is Lesson learnt for you so in future you have avoid this. However rest all good and she coordinated with me for each update and ALLAH made it easy journey for my parents. Thanks

Small note for Customers -When anyone book the package kindly check all the details clearly specially the hotel and check the review on Google or YouTube to avoid any issue for distance etc or services. Also you need to chase them for each task then only your journey will smooth.

Feedback to Jawad from Umrah Insight-When anyone book the economy package to Umrah Insights team get agreed with all details as I had faced one small issue for hotel checkin where I had wasted 5hours and Jawad clearly said we are not responsible for economy package so my feedback here is if you are not accountable for economy package then please don't accept to book it as not everyone in this world is financially strong might be like you. So if your company is taking economy package provide the 100%service to the customers as they are paying the amount to you and not asking any favor in free of cost. Thanks

We used the services of this company for our Umrah but it was totally a nightmare from flight booking to hotel booking everything was not up to the mark. They booked below average hotel in madinah by stating it 4 star hotel and shown us a video of a different 4 star hotel but thrown us into a below economy hostel in a slum area. We couldn’t sit on those dirty beds and we stayed the whole night in haram. I kept them requesting to change our hotel and give us what you have shown. But they went offline and we were helpless under open sky. We couldn’t pray properly that day and night. We have a girl with mental trauma already and this took her into anxiety attacks and for 3 days it was hard for us to control her. when the new hotel was given it was also economy class in a very dirty area they given 1 sharing room. But charged us for 2 separate rooms. And flight in 25 years it happened first time that there was no meal offered in the plane not even drinking water. And she should have tell before hand that meal is not included with this flight. We didn’t take anything to eat and drink. We tried to buy but they were not accepting debit cards and we were not been informed before flying. Very poor services, below to the average hotels booking, unprofessional our trip was ruin.

I just done with my parents umrah package. I am so happy with the way everything has been sorted out for my by agent Aliza. She informed me on every single step And made it so easy for my parents thanks Aliza.

Had a chance to book Umrah for me and my family with this company. They gave me best price and hotels. Throughout the journey, an agent was connected with me to assist in case if there is any issue.
Very much recommended if you are travelling with family.

All the reviews are false these guys are scamming around. These guy run campaigns on meta and then scam the people who are willing to perform umrah. Please for god sake don’t trust these guys. All they say is a lie and they’re not professionals at all. I’ll make sure my experience reaches everywhere so they don’t scam anyone after me. I’ll share there contact details later. These guys are shameless I’ll expose them everywhere and report everything to scam wing and police. Please be aware.
