had a great experience with Umrah Murshad. The entire process was smooth and well organized from start to finish. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly, which made everything much less stressful.
The team was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went well. Travel arrangements, accommodations, and guidance during the trip were all handled efficiently. It made the whole experience much more comfortable and allowed me to focus on my spiritual journey.
I would definitely recommend Umrah Murshad to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive Umrah service.

I had the best experience from the start when planning my Umrah trip last week. I got the dates I wanted and Moiz helped me organize everything completely. I went alone and not for a single moment did I feel worried or lost about the next step. Transport was seamless and so was the airline experience. Turkish airlines was amazing. I have been planning umrah for the past couple of years and inshallah will go soon each time i've been calling to ask booking questions Sister Hajra and brother Moieez have been very kind and helpful they have great customer service and they are very kind may ALLAH bless them in the dunya and akhirah. Sister Hajra has always been very patient with me each time I called she even offered me options to form groups and get sheikhs and inshallah I will be travelling with them very soon.

For a first Ummrah these are the people you go to. 5 star accomodations, swift and easy transport, very welcoming people. I was grateful to have such and amazing group to go with along with the staff treating us almost like if we were family

As a revert of 1.5 years in Islam. My first umrah trip was amazing and truly a life changing experience. I had a lot of questions coming in, with questions about even in Islam in general and they answered them swiftly and throughly. I had become a better man, with more experiential knowledge in Islam, and the price for this trip was just right. They were very flexible and adaptable with any mishaps that happened during the trip. The greatest thing with this Umrah group was the family aspect they instilled in everyone. The group I was in truly felt like a second family and we got along so well with eachother. And inshallah I’m keeping in touch with the people from the group to this day.

Great amenities, 5 stars hotel conveniently located close to the Haram and the Honorable Kabba. Reasonable rates and very good booking for holy sites visitations. Thank you Umrah Murshed. Special tanks to sister Hajar for answering all of our questions.

Umrah Murshad was very helpful and did their best to make the Umrah experience a rewarding experience for us. Sister Hajra Ahmed and Brother Arbab helped us with our visas, booking tickets, hotels, and all other logistics. They were very patient with my questions and addressed all my concerns prior to departure. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and everyone was keen to help make our trip go smoothly. Hotel accommodations were very good and we were within walking distance to the Haram both in Mecca and Madinah.

I would like to thank everyone who put efforts to make this journey successful and spiritually
special sister Sahar who informed us about Umrah Marshad

The journey was amazing and really spiritual.

In regard the accommodations and the organization and the fast response for our needs was wonderful

Thank you once more for all your support and for making it possible.

I really appreciate all efforts.

One main area where the experience could be enhanced and better in addition to the previous feedback is:-

* 1- if we have one color scarves to know each other easily
* ⁠2- The Sheikh who lead the group during Tawaf should hold a flag so anyone can reached him easily

* ⁠3- as sister Simona said “During activities like tawaf, having a microphone or guidance device would make it much easier for everyone especially elders or those who move more slowly to follow along and feel included. We lost track of the imam the instance we stepped in صحن.”

* ⁠4- The transportation to the airport was too small to accommodate all luggages, if you provide a bigger bus to avoid safety hazards with luggage inside the bus.

* ⁠5- As for the complementary dinner, if you provide it after the museum visit instead of the last day would be more convenient, because that day we missed the Maghreb and Isha prayer in the Haram, so we won’t miss it again in the last day as we have farewell Tawaf.

This is my feedback with appreciation for all efforts and good intentions to make this trip successful
