The importance of managing expectations
This about the importance of managing expectations. The tiles I order wouldn't have been available by when I needed them. I got a very polite and and friendly call from the owner explaining it to me and asking if I'd prefer a refund. We agreed on a refund and had a really nice chat. It allowed me to make informed decisions about what tiles to get.
Unbeatable? More like unbearable..
I ordered one part from them and it's taken over two weeks and, alas, I have no part.
The service is very poor for several reasons:
1. There is no reliable way to check on your order or if it has been sent.
2. They send things untracked, which is very unhelpful.
3. They claim to have sent the item, but I have no way of knowing as there is no Royal Mail tracking number.
It takes forever for them to get back to you, and I don't have great confidence in ever getting that little plastic part. They claim the part's been delivered, but that's based only on the fact that they say they've sent it and nothing else.
Easy to deal with
Ive found Unbeatable bathrooms very easy to deal with with good communication from them and i will buy from them again.

We had a problem with a toilet purchased last year and Adam helped us despite the time passed.
Yes it isn’t always easy to get hold of him instantly but he will get back to you and you can tell that he hates to let anybody down. By the sounds of it, he has gone through a difficult time and he’s trying hard to turn things around so please give him another chance, I don’t think you’ll regret it. Brilliant Customer Service!
I have recently had a problem with a toilet I purchased last year
I have health issues and Adam was absolutely fantastic, he could quite easily have fobbed me off and not given a damn but he sorted it out with the manufacturer for me.
He genuinely cares about his customers and wants to do his best by them.
The customer service doesn’t end when the bathroom is fitted, and he has taken your money He will do his best to help you afterwards which is so rare this days.
Thank you Adam, when I move house, you will be my first choice for a new bathroom.

After contacting the company on Facebook, I have now received a call from them & they have authorised the refund. I don't like leaving bad reviews as I know how this effects a business but hopefully this situation won't happen again.

Please read this review before purchasing
Adam chased up my order with German supplier for an old rare shower part and kept me in touch with eventual delivery of correct part which has enable my shower to work.
I had read his reviews and some of them were very damning even suggesting he was a criminal.
My experience was the opposite. It is clear that buying on line comes with risk and maybe some of his customers felt let down but resorting to such lies and putting them in digital print is a sad indicator of our current society. He may not always be able to deliver the service I got and only reason for 4 star is the long delay in getting my order but is not a reflection of his service which was 5 star. Thanks and best wishes Adam.
Unbeatably bad service but they took my money…
Unbeatably bad service but they took my money. I ordered and paid £104 for two grab bars on 23rd July. I chased by email on 7tn August. No reply by 14 August so I phoned them and it went to voicemail. I have left a firm but polite message but expecting the worst having read other reviews. I suspect they have no stock but have not bothered to tell me nor sent a refund. I would advise people not to place orders with them because they may take your money and not deliver.

Excellent service from Adam. I ordered a bathroom mirror which was out of stock or unavailable from the big bathroom suppliers. There was a bit of a delay in receiving the mirror but Adam tracked one down and proactively contacted me by phone on more than one occasion with an update. Thanks Adam.

My experience with Unbeatable Bathrooms has been a pleasure from placing the order right through to having my order delivered to me, I got an email to say it has been dispatched and then 2 days later I received it. I think seen some of the other reviews that have been written are not a true reflection and are unfair in my eyes. I wish Unbeatable Bathrooms all the best.
