Nice to ba back

I have purchased two of their products which never arrived. Their website offers, a tracking services, which shows that the order dispatched on October 6, 2024 and that there were three attempted deliveries, on days that i was home, the order has been indicated as "return to sender" (today is November 13, 2024) and I have received no response to my enquiry whatsoever after contacting them via email. They provide no telephone number, nor a physical address. I suspect that this is a fraudulent site. Beware!

I cannot get any of their products to work properly. Cannot even contact support, require a different password and the password reset link never came.

very poor,, after many years of using this service their support and service is now useless, the past few months been having problems with the service the support end just reads of idiot cards and then cannot fix issue, they even say its working from our end, great, but the customer still has issues, my sub runs out 29th June and will never renew

I’ve been a customer for many years but recently it’s getting worse and just not worth the hassle or the money. Sorry guys I’m finding someone else.

Back and forth for hours with NO RESULTS. Zero phone access- so you wait 20 minutes for email responses.

Your website does not reflect what one is paying for. With procedures that show how to setup various devices, apparently well knowing that it doesn't work at all. Only on a PC... This statement should be written clearly. I had to find out during the user communities online. However after a couple of mails back and forth I finally got my money back.

Service is not available and phone number rings busy. The HQ is in Cyprus so that they cannot be dealt with through the authorities. SCAM! Don't give them your credit card. Fair Warning..

I have used unblock-us.com for over a year, and for along time found them one of the best vpn providers I had tried. Relatively simple to set up and to check / manage on a day to day basis. Customer service was prompt and efficient, with problems being responded to and sorted within a few hours. Recently however it is clear that they have been targeted by the BBC and I am regularly unable to access U.K. channel. I was told that, if I experienced problems I should wait a few minutes and their servers would automatical switch to a new IP address. Unblock-us have now totally stopped responding to customer service requests. Are they overloaded, not bothered, or have I been black-listed? In any event, I am going to cancel my subscription.

The service worked fine until netflix decided to crack down on dns. Not the fault of the dna provider. So I logged in and ended my subscription.
Or I thought I did. After a few years I noticed they still charged my account. I found out that their cancel subscription process is made to make it appear like you cancel unless you are extra carefull.
It seems dishonest and almost like a sham. Shame on you, who otherwise provides a good service worth paying for.

I was searching around for a dns so i could watch American crunchyroll and then i gave this site a shoot. And it really works an so easy to setup an use. I'm so much gonna subscribe to this site when my trial is over. By rhe way im on Xbox One :-)

Unblock-Us DOES still work for the US Netflix although a bit slow at loading, which is why I looked up if Netflix blocked it or not. It started playing after a couple of minutes and is running fine now.

Used to be good service and communication, but does not work anymore
And no idea if it will again have not given their customers any information about it 😞

Unblock-US har været en rigtig god service i flere år for at modtage Netflix-USA i Danmark, men med Netflix's seneste tiltag, så virker det simpelthen ikke mere. Jeg har derfor efter ca 4 år med beklagelse afbestilt mit abonnement på Unblock-US.

The support sends one email if you are lucky and then all is dead while they still take your money

They have deleted their facebook wall. Cut of any communications with customers and is literally a scam. Wont help coming clean on the issues with bans against proxy and DNS services. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!

Netflix is now blocking Unblock Us. Rendering the service useless for many customers. Unblock's support is unacceptably slow, you'll get a reply within 24 hours and then never hear from them again. They used to be an ideal service, now they're slowly becoming one of the worst.

Love this service, love their customer skills, love the simplicity, and its the best few quid i spend all month. wouldnt be without it now. Running via apple tv, and xbox one, all from the touch of my iphone. absolutely excellent service. LOVE THEM!
