did a great job 👏 think it could of been hosed down a bit better, would of give 5 stars if i hadn’t of had to do it myself next day.. in fact it took 2 attempts to clean it up properly.

Fast & effective!
The team were able to arrive on the same day in good time, identified and solved the problem quickly.
For reference was a complex block that cost £270 including the installation of a part (had this with them)
Kevin was kind enough to follow up with an explanation of work done for me to pass onto my landlord 😄

Do NOT use
Called in the morning, told engineer would give an hours notice. Called twice more after 3 and 4 hours of waiting...nothing. apparently engineer was on a call and agent would text, no communication ever received. Went elsewhere for excellent service as should be. Absolute clown of a company. Would go so far to suggest is a total scam and reviews are lies

We used this company for a survey on our drains, they were very efficient and came the day after. The 2 lads which came where very polite and explained things to me. Certainly would recommend them.

First call in the early morning for an…
First call in the early morning for an emergency in my kutchen. I'm told somebody will come in the day. Called again at 3pm, no one is able to tell me if/when they come. Called again following day in the morning, I'm told the job is scheduled for today. Called again at 2pm, no one calls me back. Call again at 3pm to find out: the enginereer supposed to call me back/comin, has another 2h on the current job then he's finished for the day. I could have used the last 24h looking for somebody else. All I asked is honesty .

Filled out a request on line outlining the blocked drain issue issue and got a phone call back within the hour. The 'drain guys' were with me that afternoon.
Friendly, informative service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
