Don’t use drain doctor
I had a blocked man hole outside that was leaking waste, I first made contact with drain doctor, who haven’t even called back yet, after being promised a engineer will call and attend, after numerous calls over several days I gave up on them.
I came across unblockers on the internet, I was desperate at the time to resolve my issue. A gentleman called andrew answered the phone and re assured me my issue will be dealt with promptly, and so it was, within an hour and half an engineer came to site and the issue was resolved. Engineer was polite and professional, and andrew even called back to let me know he was on he’s way.
I couldn’t have asked for a better company to deal with this, the service and timescale was first class and the price was reasonable

Fab service
The man i spoke to on the phone was very nice and polite they came out within the hour and the man who came had difficulty parking so bless he made the best out of a bad job and had my drain unblocked within 10mins

An excellent service was provided.The availability was immediate and very professionally organised by Andrew from the intial contact made.Andrew was very knowledgable on the high pressure Jetting process.
Tom,the engineer was extremely punctual , polite and respectful.Tom sorted the blocked drain very efficiently within 15 minutes and the problem was solved.Tom also cleaned around the Surrounding patio area which was much appreciated.

Quick and efficient service
Unblockers arranged for their local person to visit the very next morning. Thomas arrived in good time. He quickly identified the source of the blockage and cleared it without delay. He also looked inside our septic tank and gave us advice. He was pleasant and helpful throughout- lovely service.
