Absolutely disgraceful experience. Had a meeting room booked and paid for at the Fulham Uncommon Office. Turned up and the security refused to let us in because the booking was not on his "print out". Further more the security guy showing the paper print out had other people's names, which is a very worrying data privacy concern. Ridiculous that the only onsite security individual cannot see bookings on the IT system and instead has to rely on an outdated print out likely from earlier in the week. No emergency contact number either and the security person refused to provide or even try to contact the branch manager. What if there was an emergency? Disgracefully managed and absolutely incompetent in all regards. Professional embarrassment and daylight robbery. Wasted travel time and money too. Immediately disputed the bank charge. Avoid scam company at all costs.

Tried booking on their app twice and received errors both time so ended up booking on website instead. Turns out I got charged for ALL THREE.
I’ve contacted their Instagram account 3 times, messaged online chat bot, called two branches, emailed accounts team twice and messaged the company’s LinkedIn profile to try get my money back.
NO RESPONSE. Absolutely disgraceful

Beautiful venue with luxurious interior, marred by absurd policies of 'policing' paying customers for taking normal work related phone calls and having meetings.
Staff walk around with clipboards monitoring people taking phone calls, and then send emails to them to tell them to stop. If you challenge it, they refer to head office and you receive condescending and very rude emails from their head office staff telling you that you must adhere to their 'policy'. Everyone makes phone calls all day in these designated 'quiet' areas as there is not enough spare desk space, and they all get policed by people telling them off. It is absurd and contrary to the reason for renting a desk in a coworking space. A beautiful place, ruined by childish staff and silly policies which are counter to good work practice for paying customers.
